Panera Bread

Coming to this Panera on Central Ave in Scarsdale- a few feet away from the car dealership working on my wheel alignment, was one of the redeeming features when I had to wait at least 2 hrs.

For almost 9am on a Saturday, this Panera was super quiet- which I liked. Despite the construction going on and chain link fence around the exterior, that didn't deter anyone, because this location, felt like THE place to be for soccer moms and regulars. Service was good and my selection of an Asiago toasted bagel and egg without the pork was as good as it gets. The place is well-kept, but they do need a better ventilation system. I finished my breakfast here, but after 1/2hr, I waited at the car dealership and not absorb anymore food smells.

So my cashier was Jeremy and he was AMAZING. and funny and im literally so happy that i got the immaculate service from him. W man.

Is this a normal amount of tuna Panera normally puts on their sandwiches? This seems ridiculous for the prices they charge.

They need help ! trying to order breakfast on line . One cashier . Then came back to try again for lunch . Same thing . Too many employees but no help . They all need guidance in customer service and fast food service .

Sad that they cant have a flow .

The Men's restroom was filthy, Clearly not regularly cleaned it was bad. I go to the Panera in Pelham absolutely cleaner

First time ordering from here for pickup and my sandwich looked like someone literally crumpled it up into brown paper and threw it into my bag. Gross.

On September 29th, 2023 when Yonkers had flush floods and people got stranded for hours in their cars at the parking lot, this Panera bread location closed their door and wouldn't let people in. They refused to let a woman with little child in car seat to seek shelter in their store. Absolutely disgusting. A woman came out and said that the store is closed but when I asked for her name she shut the door, locked it and walked away. People were cold, wet and hungry and they refused to let them in to buy food, hot beverage or just seek shelter. Very very disappointing.

This has got to one of the worst Panera's around. Don't bother contacting Panera directly because they'll just send an automated message that thanks you for wasting your money there in the first place. They fill $7 cups of soup half way if you're lucky and that's a small cup which I believe they've become smaller. So $7 for three tablespoons of soup, yum.
Order your lunch a couple of days in advance and if you're lucky it'll be ready a half hour into your actual lunch on day of because why would it be ready when you order in advance. Things happen of course, like staff not paying attention to orders and having attitudes when you're there twenty minutes waiting for a drink and $9 cookie.

I ordered a pick 2 with chocolate chip bagel. I had a goddess Cobb salad and chicken Noodle soup with chips.

Place appeared clean and waitstaff was very nice. The food was good and I look forward to coming again for healthier fast casual dining.

This Panera bread was fast and efficient. Kind workers going the extra mile with communicating and being so friendly. Dining room was full of guest food was delicious. Great portion sizes and fast service.
