Panda Express

Whatever you do please don't order for pickup ever unless you like getting scammed! They think we are stupid or just don't care but don't let them take advantage of you not being served in person I ordered broccoli beef and this is 100% honest the bottom section is the broccoli I received and the 2 little pieces are the only parts of beef I got this just a joke

Worse Panda Express, there was two people in front of us and the worker was on drugs or something because he was absolutely slow took 30 minutes to get three peoples orders. Once we got to the counter he literally asked me what? over 10 times I spoke very clear what I wanted and he just couldn't get it together he acted like the food was going to bite his hand off every time he's placed a small scoop of food into the to go containers.
Once I was passed off to the next person after dealing with him for 15 minutes for 4 meals she was super pushy and rushing me to again repeat my self about what goes in what container. I had lost my mind I will never return to this location!

Service is slow. Food is really never fresh and they only ever make 3 entries. Every other bowl that should have a different option of food is always empty . Hardly ever have options to Choose from.

Says online that this panda closes at 10, not 9, and they barely had any choices leff with no request available.
So i walked out 8:22pm

They are very rude an don't like Africa Americans this was my 2 time in this store. And I was disappointed

Worst Panda, on the Panda Express website it says it closes at 10pm. Arrived at 9:15pm and they have everything packed and ready to go. They had the doors opened as well and kicked out multiple people. What's the point of online saying open till 10pm but pack an hour early. Worst experience.

How come y'all don't have all your food ready and hour and a half after opening? That is so weird is your openers just messing around in the back. This is the second panda in the NLV area that just waits for people before they make the food! You have never seen a Starbucks/subway do that before. They have everything ready AT OPENING. I'm personally finished eating at Panda. Until they start respecting people's time and up their professionalism I will be abstaining from giving this brand my money. They don't deserve it.

Came by for a quick pick up after redeeming a coupon using their online ordering system which is pretty great! I set the pick up for 11:10am and I walked in at 11:13am, my order was packed and ready for me. It was still nice and warm too so I know they didn't pack it way in advance.
Upon walking in the staff greeted me with enthusiasm.
I ordered the orange chicken with chow mein bowl, both were excellent. I always enjoy their chow mein.
I didn't stick around to eat in the store but it seemed spacious with lots of seating and clean.
There's ample parking outside but this location doesn't have a drive thru, which I didn't mind anyway.

This place is bullsh*t they're completely sold out almost a whole 35-45 mins before closing, cleaned up, and ready to go on a Friday night... I'm not saying they need to be cooking until they close but WiTF cmon , no fvcking food but scraps that looked like it was from a 3rd world buffet, what a joke. This isn't the first time this place done some Bull mess like this before. Pathetic.

I ordered 2 bigger plates ,and it definitely looked like a bowl . We used to eat there ,and for the price of a bigger plate plus extra charge on some meat ,not worth it .There's nothing but vegetables and 3 pieces of beef for 2 orders .never again .This is at the Ann/Simmons location .
