Panda Express

I have been here many times and have always had a great experience. Lately, I have been coming because they have a lot of healthy options. Recently, I have been ordering the spicy shrimp and power greens which are super delicious. When you go in and order they let you know that it will be a few extra minutes for them to cook the power greens. I also ordered twice for pick up and my order has been hot and ready for me when I go to pick up. The ambiance is like other panda expresses, they have a lot of seating and right when you walk in you see the line for the food, online pick up is closer to the register. You just tell them your name and they quickly hand you your order. I look forward to continuing to come here and next time I'd like to try the chicken.

Had a a great experience today at Panda Express. Lots of food options and the workers are really nice. One of the cooks Adrian was very helpful and very hard working. He needs to be promoted, they all deserve a raise.

Yea just fkn add mini pieces of left over orange chicken after what I payed for this empty plate.

Morning shift (12:37 morning) two girls unprofessional filled my plate w sh1t.

Online it says they close at 9pm so I went in at 8pm thinking it would be fine, I mean that's an hour before closing. There was hardly any food left, the entire kitchen was almost cleaned up. There were scraps of chowmein & like 2 pieces of honey walnut shrimp so I asked if they'd be able to make more. The young girl that was helping me in the front told the guy there about cooking more food, he rudely walked away and said "we close in an hour". I felt embarrassed and told them it was okay I'll just go somewhere else, had it not been for the girl being so nice I was ready to leave. The entire time we were there the guy was giving us looks. We get home to eat, the chowmein was burnt & flavorless, the honey walnut shrimp had little to no flavor. A waste of money & we'll definitely never be going to this location again. Customer service & food was horrible, I almost cried because this has been my main pregnancy craving.

What a disaster tonight . 25 min wait and then another 20 minutes for out and some people were upset that their food a long time

Fabby immediately greeted me, had my food ready extremely fast for a Panda Express. Great customer service skills from her and Jessica, today. Usually pandas are slow especially on a lunch hour. But they worked as a solid team and had everything HOT, ACCURATE AND PROMPTLY.

Customer service is terrible! As soon as you walk in the lady that might be the manager is more worried about completing online orders instead of helping the customers that are literally waiting to be served. She also has a bad attitude. I had to wait to order for about 10 min, I was just standing there and no one bothered to take my order. Until I brought it up. They just look at you and not help you or have you stand there for a couple of minutes.

I went into Panda last night at 845 p.m.
The cook was already cleaning up.
There was a customer in front of me who pretty much got the scraps from what was left behind the counter.
There was some Chicken and some fried rice.
No Chow Mein, or anything else but dried up
good on the bottom of the Bowls.
The gentleman in front of me asked to use the restrooms. The girl behind the counter said
" No you can't use them, we're closing in 10 minutes, we're cleaning them".
I went up to the counter to see what there was left and really there was nothing.
I asked if the cook could make some Sweet Fire Chicken? She said "No we're all minors and we need to get off of the clock".
Panda you Suck!
I will NEVER go back. No matter how much I like it. You lost another customer.

Food is great, service was bad. Preordered my food ahead of time due to time limit, went to pick up order after 45 minutes and my food was not even ready. The front desk ignored me and acted like they didn't see me until I went up to them. This happened twice to me already at this place in Modesto on palendale rd.

No stars!!!! the sign on door says it opens up at 10:00 am I'm here at 10:30 still not open. They just keep looking at me through the door. They can't even walk up to the door and give an explanation as to why they are closed. last time this happened it was because the door lock was broken. Can't stay and wait, I'm on lunch. Now I have to go find something else to eat. Horrible customer service. The parking lot is also always messy. Get better Panda!
