I have no idea why this place s ratings are so low. Maybe in the past. May ve they are fixing things and they are doing super. Exelent guest service. Food fresh. I don't think there is anything left to ask for. Keep up the good work. Hope guests notice that and improve your score. Youan count on me when ever I an in the area!

Basic. That's the best word to describe this Panda Express. Let's face it, ever since Panda Star went out of business a couple years back, there's been a lack of decent options for Chinese Food in Highland. Sure, there's the Chinese place inside Food 4 Less, but they close at 7 and haven't even joined the 1990's to accept credit/debit cards.

So pretty much Panda Express is it! *frowny face*. This location is located on Baseline, next to the new Jack in the Box and across the street from a MacDonalds and a Starbucks.

Don't get me wrong, the food here isn't *bad*, it's just not really good either. It hits the Chinese Food craving when the need arises. The food has been consistently decent, to be fair. One of my big complaints is that they never ever seem to have the promotional items they often have posters all over the store for. Hot bourbon chicken is the most recent example. Posters inside for it, looked pretty delicious, but NOPE!!! "We're sorry, we never got that in from our supplier"

Then whyyyyyy we're they advertising it in their store?! Just to tempt me, it seems. This is not the first time this has happened either. It seems to be a pattern.

The workers are usually pretty nice and somewhat helpful. They've never seemed rude, just overworked sometimes. The location also shares a parking lot with a Jack in the Box, so traffic and and out of the lot can get a bit dicey at times.

I'd say I kinda recommend here if you want fairly cheap Chinese fast food to go. But I'd much rather recommend ordering to go from Golden Dragon across down and picking it up...it's worth the drive.

Again. Basic. Nothing special, but nothing horrible or either.

I have been going to this location for over 5 years, and my order is never correct when ordering online. The customer service is not the best, and I suggest you order in person to make sure it's correct. This means that they will screw it up, too, even using drive-thru. I will add that they do honor veterans with a 10% discount. Semper Fi

I just got served 4 burnt egg rolls. After waiting more than 10 minutes in the drive thru after being told half the menu items weren't available. Won't go back.

Their customer service is non existent. You don't get the correct order with drive thru (I will never do that again) all they care about is the numbers -get you in and out. Not about the food or the experience. I'll never come back to here and I doubt I'll order from any Panda Express as they are all the same as far as customer satisfaction. Non existent!!!

Always leave food out when you order online.. 4 times now I pay for 12 count eggs rolls for pick up and then never give them.. I am owed at least 40 bucks now from them and they do nothing. This is the worst Panda Express I have ever had. I was so happy when they made one by my house but it was just a disappointment don't even deserve 1 star but I have too

We went to panda for dinner. I brought it home. Everything was delicious but unfortunately fortune cookies were incredibly old and had a weird old stale smell and taste. I tried calling the restaurant three times to inform them that their fortune cookies are old and they need to be tossed and not giving out to customers dining. Unfortunately, they never answered, the food was delicious but the fortune cookies were beyond bad. I didn't notice the smell they tasted a little off, but I still ate the cookie and I also gave two to my kids before I realized that they were bad. My wife smelled it and realized and told me that they were bad I hope me and my kids don't get sick from eating old stale funky smelling fortune cookies

The portions are ludicrously skimpy. The manager stated the food is "measured portions" What is that about? If I order Large A-La-Carte box I expect it to be filled to the top. Not 1/2, not 3/4's and certainly not 2/3's. I do not want anything for free. What I do expect is to get what I paid for. Look-if I buy a 20 ounce box of cereal at the grocery store for $10, I don't want 15 ounces, I don't want 25 ounces and I certainly don't want 19 ounces! I just want what I paid for! What adds insult to injury is Panda Express asks for donations! Maybe I'll measure the portion of my donation to "ZERO"!!!
Plain and simple Panda Express - get your act together! Charge more and fill the box to the brim! What a rip off!!!

I used to be a big fan of Panda Express, they were out of mushroom chicken and kung pao chicken I'd have to wait 12 min. If I wanted it. So I got orange chicken & green bean chicken. Sooooo gross! The only good thing I got was the noodles and chicken egg roll. Not coming back here again. Their staff was not friendly and took a while to get my food.

This is a hit or miss place. There has been times when the service is terrible and slow and there's days where it's been polite. Food is always fresh though which I love.
