3 hours for one car, and 4 hours for the other . Paid 200$ EACH CAR for a full detail and shampoo of carpet and upholstery. The car is still dirty, they've waxed over the dirt. Smeared mess on all my windows. Mud still on my door handle, cloudy film covers everything in my car Didn't shampoo any of my upholstery. Although surprisingly the rims are clean.
Our second car is detailed beautifully.

this place is a joke. don't waste your time or money. Console was not even touched. Windows were spotted. Dont know how they stay in business.

Paid extra for the hand wash and bug removal. They left bugs and sopa all over my truck. Didn't clean the back window. The top of the truck was never even washed. What a joke. Never again. Can I leave NO STARS!!

I waited over an hour to get my car and when I looked at it, the front grill hadn't even been washed. The windows and mirrors were worse than when I got there. There were soap drip lines down the side of my car, and now there are permanent spots on the chrome work, even on the roof rails! I was late for a doctor appointment so I had to leave, but returned later. They tried to make it right, but not much was improved. Also, I had asked for NO fragrance due to allergies, but when I opened the door it hit me in the face. Their solution?... Drive with the windows down. The problem? The young man working on my car didn't read or speak English and the instructions for no fragrance was--you guessed it--English. It wasn't his fault. The person who put the note on the mirror HAD to know the young man couldn't read it.
And it cost me $30.

Paid $50 for hand wash and it doesn't even look clean. Windows are dirty like they used dirty water. Will never take car there again

I had a very bad experience here. They really just don't care. They all seem to be in a daze and just going through the motions without paying attention to what they do. It's like being in some kind of half reality, half zombie land. They did not vacuum my vehicle very well and nor did they wash my vehicle very well either. I feel like they just do a superficial job, and don't really put any extra effort into their work. I'm not happy at all.

We had high hopes but was greatly disappointed. We needed the lovebugs removed from our trip from the west coast of Florida. They took over an hour and $50 just for the outside. They did a poor job removing the bugs which means we'll be washing it again when we get home. Don't waste your money here. When we complained about how poorly the wash was done and the worker told us not to come back and even reference an expensive watch we were wearing. Very unprofessional!!!

I had a great experience and my car came out cleaner than what I paid for. Next time wash your own car if your gonna give a bad review lol

***I see I never updated with the owners response. So I called a day or two after my car was washed there and told the owner that someone on his team had jammed my electric window switch, that nobody else had been in the vehicle in the drivers seat to possibly have done it, and he refused to even consider that his people did it. He said, "How do I know you didn't do it and you're just blaming my business for it?" I WAS LIVID!!! This business deserves ZERO STARS!! Won't ever go back and will always advise anyone else not to spend their money at this shoddy sloppy sorry excuse of a business.***

A few days after this post, I discovered that the switch in the driver door that controls the front passenger window is jammed!! There was no damage before I went to the car wash, and nobody else has been in my car since other than family and nobody uses those window switches but me anyway. I will be contacting the manager of the car wash to complain and will post again about his response after.*
So on my first visit to this car wash, I pulled in and gave the attendant specific instructions. I told her that every other car wash I'd ever been to can't seem to properly wipe down the door jambs for the doors and the body and for the trunk door and the body, also they always leave my license plate dirty. I also mentioned that the cupholder and emergency break center console needed to be cleaned out. I stressed that these are things that every the car wash has missed and that because this is my first visit to this car wash, I had hopes that this one would do better. I asked her to make sure that the staff who wipe the car down knew this. The service that I was charged for was called the VIP package, and it was $35 that I paid for wash, dry, wipe down inside, vacuum and shampoo the mats. After sitting in the lobby for about 20 minutes I got the call that my car was ready. I handed the guy my ticket, he said have a nice day I said thank you you too. Just before putting the tip in the box I decided I would check the door jambs and the center console to determine how much of a tip I would put in. I was very disappointed to find that they had not touched the center console whatsoever, and all of the door jambs on the doors and on the body, as well as in the lift back door jamb and body, they all had black greasy dirt when I wiped my fingers on them. I pointed this out to the fellow who was wiping the car down, but he never spoke one word so I don't know if he spoke English at all or not. Each time I pointed something out he would go to it he would wipe it down. There were deposits on three of the doors including the back that should have been scraped off that were not wiped down. And on the sunroof glass and the sides and hood of the car, tiny speckles of tree sap were not touched, though I could scrape them off with my fingernails--and I did. Nobody even addressed this at all, and the fellow who was wiping on the car disappeared after about five minutes of this. So I took a cloth out and began to wipe down the places that he had not addressed including the tree sap, and infuriatingly, the young man who called me to pick up my car came out and said, "Ma'am, I'm going to have to ask you to move your car. My boss is inside and we need to move the car." I could not believe my ears, when he should've asked if there was additional touchups that were needed what was missed, etc., instead, he is worried about me standing out there wiping down the car doing what they should've been doing. I really don't see how I will ever go back to this place again and the only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the car was otherwise considerably cleaner than when it went in, it wasn't filthy by any means, but it needed vacuuming and wiping down so they otherwise did a good job. But when it came to the things that I specifically called out, they didn't touch them, they walked away when I was pointing out things, and then when I started taking care of those things myself in the driveway, they came out and asked me to leave. So I really don't think I will be going back, nobody tried to come and ask me what needed to be done to make it right, all they wanted was to have me leave. I don't know about anybody else, but that is NOT COOL AT ALL. I will be looking for another car wash to take care of my car. These people were borderline rude, and you don't do that to somebody who is spending their hard-earned money at your establishment.
And I'm not ashamed to say I did NOT leave any tips...which stands for "To Insure Proper Service".
