Outback Steakhouse

Visiting from out of town we decided to stop in for dinner/drinks. Our server, Bella, recommended some really great drinks and even though we did wait a long time for the food, management made it right and when we visit again will be sure to come back when looking to have good food and even better drinks. we look forward to returning to this location

I've had a wonderful experience here. Service was great and the food was so yummy. I had the baked potato soup and the mac&cheese bites. Their signature bread was brought out as well, of course. Everything was delicious!

Our recent visit to Outback Steakhouse left much to be desired, to say the least. Despite arriving promptly at 7 PM, our meal didn't grace our table until a frustratingly tardy 9 PM. The wait was excruciating, only to be met with disappointment upon tasting the overdone steaks.

It was evident from the get-go that the establishment was understaffed, with harried servers doing their best to keep up. Sadly, their efforts fell short as multiple families who arrived before us were still waiting alongside us.

While the staff offered polite apologies when confronted about missing items, the promised items still took an eternity to arrive, leaving us with a sour taste in our mouths--not just from the food, but from the overall experience.

In conclusion, our outing to Outback Steakhouse was marred by lengthy delays, subpar service, and undercooked steaks. It's evident that the restaurant is in need of serious improvement in both staffing levels and quality control.

I wanted to start off with the food and drinks excellence. I had great company.
But it was clearly understaffed and my food and drinks came out out in a weird way. But ordered correctly. It was a good thing that we was not in a hurry at all. When we got there, there was no one at the hostess stand.
We didn't wait long. No more than 30 seconds, so we were able to sit down right away. Our sever came in 3 minutes.
We ordered our drinks and our waters came. Our bread came in, and 15 minutes later, we got our blooming onion.Then our drinks came. Please look at the picture of the blooming onion.The presentation was not hitting it at all, but it was good.Then my salad came, which was supposed to be a wedge. Because they didn't have a wedge. They gave me a nice salad. Then our food came and it was good. My steak was cooked, perfect medium rare. But I thought it was a little fatty. I show a picture below. I waited for 20 minutes for my dinner. And I want to say 45% of it was fatty.
Overall it was a nice restaurant. The manager was seen doing double duty, and she made our table feel special. It was just that we waited entirely too long for the things we ordered

Went there for dinner on May 8 2024 ordered fillet mignon with lobster and was served a piece of sirloin looking like a fillet. The meat could not be cut with a knife. I complained server acted like we caught them.No hesitation she took it back and they brought back the true fillet without a apology. Manager never spoke to us at all. This outback is in a tourist area by Disney world I personally think it happened frequently. Called Blooming Brand after 6 days The proprietor called and said were sorry after they ruined my afternoon. I won't be back to this outback again. I eat at outback all the time this place is the worst.Becarefull on what you order

Exceptional service by Edwin and his team.

Food very very good. Wife 1/2 slab ribs. She thought flavor was perfect and fell off the bone tender. Daughter and I each had 6 oz filet. Hers with butter sauce. Mine was a bit dry, but dipped in rib sauce , so good.

Son had chicken tenders . His favorite of course.

We will return on next Orlando trip

We came on a Monday for early dinner. We saw that Outback had a kids eat free special so we were excited about that. My wife and I got steaks with baked potatoes and the kids got cheeseburgers. The waitress never mentioned the kids eat free deal so we told her about it. My steak was undercooked so I needed to send it back for something cooked longer. When we went to pay for the meals, the waitress charged us for all of the meals. We had to ask her to take off the children's meals again because of the special. A little stressful that we had to be on top of everything while on vacation

it is FREEZING in here!! other than this major thing 10/10 experience! waitress beautiful and amazing but SOOOOOO COLD we asked twice to turn down and i think they turned it up

I fail to to understand why this place has such bad reviews. The food is always Consistent and the service is always great. I think a lot of people are unaware that Flemings Restaurant and Outback are run by the same company.

We came in on Friday night for dinner and everything was great. My only complaint would be the amount of ahi tuna in the appetizer was very minimal, especially considering the price. 17.99 for an app with 3oz of ahi was unsatisfactory.

We are loyal costumers and will be back, especially for the Tim Tam cake.

I always travel & eat at Outback's regularly. But this Outback was EXTREMELY disappointing. I was served rotten broccoli. My waiter always made rude smirk faces all the time we requested something. The restroom in this restaurant smells like a pet store.

I decided to get an early take-out lunch so I visited my favorite place Outback for a salmon dinner with a loaded baked potato. I was thoroughly pleased and enjoy my lunch. My order came out the way I wanted it. Kudos to all for a great experience. Food was ready upon my arrival and was made to order.
