One Stop Smog

One stop smog , has some of the best service ever provided. They give you the knowledge and reasoning behind a diagnosis of your vehicle repair. They are fair and reasonable and value each customer with upmost respect and integrity. I've been to other places , where I feel like they are just trying to make a quick buck . But this place provides answers and results ! I have taken multiples cars over the years and not once has the service sucked ! Highly recommend and will forever be a life long mechanic spot .

This is my third visit to this auto shop, and I have to say that I am quite disappointed with the recent experience. Typically, the cost for the service I need is around $85, but this time I was charged $108, which was a significant increase. When I inquired about the price difference, I was told that everything is more expensive now, despite it only being three weeks since my last visit. This sudden price hike left me feeling dissatisfied and questioning the shop's integrity.

Furthermore, I have had a negative experience with this auto shop in the past. Last year, my mother visited this shop to fix a flat tire, and to our surprise, they ended up stealing the tire pressure sensor. When she brought this to their attention because the tire pressure light wouldn't turn off, they insisted on installing a new sensor at an exorbitant cost of a couple of hundred dollars. This kind of dishonest behavior is completely unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression on me.

Considering these experiences, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this auto shop. The questionable pricing practices and the incident involving the stolen tire pressure sensor are clear indicators of the shop's lack of professionalism and honesty. In my opinion, it's best to avoid this place altogether and seek services elsewhere where you can trust that your car will be taken care of properly. Be careful, everyone, and choose your auto shop wisely.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about the best shop around? I live in Stockton but I've been bringing all my vehicles here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. From basic maintenance to complex issues, these guys can do it all. They always so their best get you in no matter how busy it is, and get your vehicle back to you in a reasonable time. Raj is one of the most knowledgeable and honest mechanics there is and always has a solution to any problem. Can't recommend One Stop enough. Thank you guys!

I've been coming here for several years for an oil change. I've never had any issues with them. The front desk person is always nice. My car gets done on time. The price is reasonable.
