Great service & fast service, my go to order is the Cinnabon with an extra shot and oat milk.

AWFUL EMPLOYEES!!
I am enraged! The customer service is absolutely diabolical. If I could give this place 0-stars, I would! The staff was mocking, and so rude and told me they didn't have time for me and my friends to pay separately, so I paid for the ENTIRE bill. They proceeded to argue with me when they forgot a drink I ordered. I left with no receipt. To make things worse, they charged me for one of the orders that was already paid for. I feel violated in so many ways. The staff was rude and disrespectful, even though I had made it very clear before ordering that we would pay separately. The owner needs to clean this up immediately!!

BAD SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES

We had a group of four and explained we would need to pay separate. We were told it was okay by a rude and frustrating employee, then had to pay for the combined bill. The cashier was extremely rude and said that she did not have time for us because of the morning rush and made one person pay the entire bill. They then proceeded to mess up the order, and we had to remind them to give us a smoothie and muffin tops which they had forgotten and argued with us about.

SO FRUSTRATING THAT THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR BIG PAYING CUSTOMERS

I got an iced Hawaiian with a soft top. It was really good! The drive through line went by quick and we got great service at the window

Used to really love this place . The last 5 times I have gotten frozen coffee from here it has been watery and I have also been given regular coffee when it was clearly stated to be decaf. NOT good for a person sensitive to caffeine. Sadly, I will have to start going somewhere else. This last visit was watery and only 3/4 full. I am giving 3 stars only because it used to be really good.

Umm.. as I'm taking my first drink of this blended Nutella coffee my eyes are literally rolling backwards. This makes me question why I drink Starbucks. HOLY COW this is good! I'm coming here from now on. I always pass by and there's always a line but it went pretty fast and the coffee is delicious! Bang for your buck too! Very friendly and informative staff, 10 stars to them. Theres also this stamp page they give you that allows you to get one stamp every time you visit and after 10th one, you get a free coffee! Coolness! I found my new coffee spot in Boerne. Thanks On The Grind!

Love this place! Allison was sooo nice first thing this morning. We were up leaving and stopped by! They were open!!!

DO NOT GET AN ICED DRINK! I asked for a green tea with no ice. They said they can't do that, so I asked for light ice. I was given a cup so packed with ice the first straw broke trying to get it in. It's the cheapest thing to make. I am completely lost for words and do not understand. I can not have extremely cold drinks because of many oral surgeries but there was no negotiation. This is not the first time this has happened. Its also extremely expensive so a cup of ice and a few sips of plain tea. Hot items are good. Staff is nice. Iced drinks are a total scam.

Only place in Boerne to open early which is amazingly convenient for coffee lovers
Cold brew or hot shakes and flavored lemonades available
Pick up or drive thru service is fast and friendly which is nice to get your morning stated with a smile
Ambience is chill they gift monthly themed stickers and have a stamp card for customers upon request they offer monthly deals so stay alert and follow them on social media They are conveniently located on Main Street The staff is upbeat and music is always playing in the background
Prices are reasonable and they are pet friendly My chihuahua loves his puppy chino fix

I absolutely love my local ON THE GRIND!!! They are a super fast drive thru coffee shop that is PERFECT for busy mamas like my self! They also have their version on a pup cup like Starbucks but they include a little bone too!!! Get it bone free for your kiddos and they love it as well!! Lol I love their variety and especially their Big Tex with extra shots of espresso!! They have delicious seasonal drinks like pumpkin pie and butter scotch too! Sooo worth it !
