Closes at 7, no wonder Amazon is killing them. What a joke...

One is left to wonder what the point is...

Check out office equipment printers, computers, accessories, office furniture desks and chairs they can even order online item for home or business delivery.

I stopped to get supplies and they had what I wanted and it seemed to be reasonably priced. The associates were very pleasant and helpful.

Slightly Snarky, sotto-voiced, unwelcoming attitude this morning before noon. Glad I only needed a small item. I see why there were no customers. I do need a laptop though.

Worst customer service in the entire world. I complained about the service and how I was not being helped when I asked multiple times for help and the Manager came up to me so close and disagreed with me. My voice was not heard at all. To top it off, she touched my shoulders when I told her why I was treated so wrong and once she was getting physical with me I corrected her and walked out and told her "Please do not touch me."

Horrible! I used to be a good customer. Never ever ever going back and will be calling her manager!

Physical contact is never okay.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly they're the reason why I've been coming back for everything I need they're so friendly I'll go there there just to how my friends are doing. .And they always have whatever I'm looking for. What's really nice they print out all of my photos on glossy paper so my digital pictures look like professional photos without using up all of the ink on personal printer.

The store in Los Alamitos is a joke. No customer service. Employess standing around not doing anything. I placed an on line order for pick up. They had a partial order. Instead of calling and asking to substitue color (they were folders), I am short folders. I will avoid this company like the plague.

Why the bad reviews? I like this store. It's beautiful inside. Was helped by Phillip on an online order pickup. Nice music playing and carpeted. Thank you.

I come to this Office Depot all the time to purchase supplies for my company Edible Arrangements Costa Mesa. Today I needed 200 fliers printed out for our 11th year anniversary special. Savannah in the printing department helped me and was great! She had me email my ad to her, she gave me a discount with my Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce "Store Purchasing Program" and printed out samples for me to view. They will have my job done today and will call my cell number when it is ready. Fast, easy and a no brainer.

The reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is I have had many problems when special ordering through this Office Depot. I didn't do a speical order today but in the past it was very inefficient and tge problem was never solved. We had to ask for a refund after a lot of time had passed by.

With that being said I will come here for supplies and printing services all the time. But most likely will never special order anything after the terrible experience I had.
