      I had to come to Yelp and give these guys 5 stars because they have been so helpful to me this past year! If like me, you have very little knoweledge of car mechanics, these guys are here to help you! I wish I got the name of the very kind employee who helped replace a light. Another time recently, Roger kindly replaced my wiper blades. It is a store after all and not a mechanics shop so I think it's super helpful of them to offer to help replace minor parts. The wiper blades were tricky and Roger was very patient and knowledgeable. This kind of service makes loyal customers. I highly recommend.

      I came to here a few days ago with a check
      Engine light on. I barriers there plug in code reader and got a reading that said it's either the battery or the alternator. So I than left went to the dealership and Firestone and than called my Dad who is a mechanic as well and asked he said turn the ac on radio and engine and pull one of the batterie cables off and so I did. If the car runs it's the battery and not the alternator. The car still ran so. After they checked the battery they said it was close to red & replaced my battery.s I appreciate o'reilly and the guys like Steven who installed and helped me today getting my battery replaced. O'reilly's is a great company and offers people like myself who drive for a living a lot of resources like the code reader or the install. The customer service is great here in Santa Monica thank you guys!

      I don't normally go to places like this, but my mechanic sent me here to buy some replacement bulbs for my rear brake lights. Go figure both were out, and this is something we would never know until the cops pull us over. Thankfully it didn't come to that, but O'Reilly was the place to go to for what I needed.

      A nice guy tracked the bulbs down for me, they weren't expensive at all, and I was on my way.

      Service here was great, and their location on busy Lincoln is easy to find. Small parking lot out front.

      What a great first time experience with this store! :)

      I recently called to see lf they had 13 inch hubcaps for my car. Ray was super pleasant & professional. He processed this request promptly & said it would take a few days to receive. If the hubcap happens to come in earlier, he said he would call.

      I haven't had the best experience with local auto parts stores in the past, unfortunately.

      It was just a great experience dealing with Ray over the phone.

      All in all, I'm really impressed with this location.

      I'll definitely be returning for future auto parts for my car.

      I went in for new wipers for my car, and it could not have been a better experience. When Brando couldn't find my car make/model
      In the computer, he walked out to my car with me and took off the old blades to make sure we were getting the right replacements. Then he picked out the right ones, rang them up, and came back outside to install them. It truly was the easiest, most pleasant visit to an auto parts store I've ever had. Thank you.

      I'm no expert in auto parts stores. Cars is the one of the few areas I believe all men should know more about, but unfortunately I grew up overseas and during a time where cars and auto parts were not accessible to me.

      Thankfully, there's O'Reilly Auto Parts, who, if anything, specializes in helping a dumb dad like me feel not-so-dumb. I literally had no idea how to ask for the tools I needed, other than calling them "thingies" that "loosen" parts of my trunk and car that I saw on YouTube. I was very apologetic for not representing the gene pool, but these guys are amazing. They knew exactly what I was looking for, and on my 3 recent visits, have helped me feel like I grew a pair of lugnuts so I can at least fake it in front of my kids.

      Love the people here who just understood what I needed, and were very helpful. As much as I don't want to be back here for things wrong with my car, at least I know who I can trust.

      Customer discrimination, bad, negligent customer service.

      Used to be nice place to shop, but today experience left me shocked how unprofessional this place is, discriminative and flat out rude.

      I am deeply disappointed by the appalling level of customer service I received at this store. Not only was I met with blatant disregard for my inquiries, but I also encountered what I can only describe as discriminatory behavior, leaving me feeling marginalized and disrespected. This experience has left me questioning whether I can continue to support a business that condones such conduct. Who is to blame? Lazy, slow, entitled, rude manager Davin.

      Judge for yourself.

      I was waiting in line - long wait, employees at this location are always slow. I was next. The manages came out - took a customer who was behind me and served him. I waited more. When at my turn I expressed my dissatisfaction - this guy refused service to me? Can it get any worse? Who hired this kid? Who trained him?

      Avoid this location until Sleepy Daevin is working here.

      I was here for my gear ship knob. It was broken. When I walked in, Jeff, I think that was his name? was very energetic and professional to guide me where to get the part I wanted. However, they only carry manual stick shift parts while mine was automatic.

      He then very friendly informed me to order online because they don't have it. It is easier to get it online for any model and options.

      I was still trying to get something for my car here. But it seems I have everything I needed already and I personally still prefer AutoZone that I am more familiar with the layout and everything.

      The service is good and the selection as well. They are good as well compared with AutoZone. I think it is just about the personal familiarity and preference. I don't mind getting stuff here. Just this time, they don't have what I need.

      Still good place especially the huge parking lot right in front of them. I also saw one 2004 Lexus LS400 right here being fixed by the owner with the parts from here.

      I also like auto parts stores that make me feel I am a man.
