Took my car here for its first oil change since I bought it. They didn't put the oil cap back on and I broke down on the side of the road and needed to be towed to the nearest dealership. Currently waiting to see if my entire engine is ruined or not. Will never go back.

I had an oil change and inspection here a few years ago with my older car. At that time I didn't expect much but got reasonable service for the price as I had a coupon at that time. Now with a newer car I decided to give this place a try again. First found trying to walk in again didn't seem to ever happen as they are over-booked and understaffed. I scheduled for the next day and came back. I was told it would take about an hour, which I thought was a little long as so many other places can do it in less than 30 mins. Let's just say it took almost 2 hours and then I was told I needed tires. I knew they were close so I know it wasn't a situation they were trying to add on, but just the opposite as they couldn't schedule something like that for me that day it would need to be days later. Again goes back to understaffed as it seemed they had the inventory. Over all I just wasn't pleased with the customer service and found out when I finished up the tire part at Walmart I got much faster and cheaper service with compatible tires. Then I saw I over paid for the oil change too. I won't say I wouldn't ever go back to NTB, but it won't be my first choice moving forward.

Came in for a routine oil change and learned that all my tires were dry rotted, my front sway bar was snapped on both sides, and it was out of alignment. Got an estimate and had it all done same day. The techs I spoke to explained it all comprehensively (I know nothing about cars) and physically showed me the snapped bar and tire issues and told me how it affects driving, and also that it wouldn't pass WV state inspection. They were also very polite, patient, and welcoming. As a young woman without much education on cars, coming to any garage is enough to make me feel intimidated, but their positive attitudes eased my anxiety. Also they've got very comfortable chairs to wait in, which made me happy because I have a bad back. I'll definitely be returning for my future oil changes and repair needs.

Sent my son there (early 20's) because of a tire losing air slowly and the TPMS light was on (not because of the leaking tire). He called and made an appointment to drop the car off all day. They called him early in the morning saying the tire that is losing air is also the tire with a bad TPMS sensor. They also said the tire was severely worn on the 'inside' and needed to be replaced. Estimate total was approx. $200.....
A little about myself. I've been an ASE certified Master Auto Technician for over 40 years. Failing health has sidelined me. I have changed thousands of tires and repaired thousands of tires over those years. The only way a tire can be worn on the 'inside' is if it's run some distance almost flat. It will shred rubber from the inside sidewalls, leaving a pile of rubber flakes inside the tire. I can say without hesitation, this did not happen. I had them send pictures of the 'inside' tire wear. The pictures showed the inside of a normal tire. Probably not mine as the sidewalls were really tall and my tires have a somewhat low profile sidewall height. There was no way to tell. The other interesting thing is that all 4 tires have 5000 miles on them since being replaced so again, the whole 'inside' sidewall worn was a line. A total rip off in order to sell a tire. I told my son to tell them to replace only the TPSM valve and not the tire. I told him to come up to my garage after he picked the car up so I could inspect this tire closely. Upon inspection, the tire was completely damage free. Not cuts, rubs, soft spots or unusual wear. The old tire valve, TPSM assembly, must have been the cause of the leak as I sprayed everything down with soapy water to see if there was a leak. None found.
Bottom line: They tried to sell my young, inexperienced son a new tire when it did not need it. What a shame! Would not recommend this tire store to ANYONE. Oh by the way, on his way home the TPSM light came back on! So what did I pay $90 for???? I hate this part, calling them and listening to them give me a BS list of why the light came back on. I went to NTB just minutes after they closed because I got a flat tire hitting a pot hole and bending my rim. They said they could order it just come back tomorrow. I went back and the guy I talked to wasn't there. They couldn't tell me when he would be there again. I left all my information on there business card and they said they would call back. Well they never did. I stopped in the next day and they said the guy I talked to left for the day. So I left my information again so he could call me back because he would be working the following day. Still no call back. I don't know of any other place that is so poorly organized. They should have more than one person that can order rims. Now the spare is flat. I do not recommend this place at all. I am not a happy customer.
