The staff are always friendly even when my Chihuahua is not (which is most of the time ). I Got my dog neutered there when he was a puppy. As a first time dog owner They were very informative and made sure I understood all the at home care and gave me some helpful tips about what to expect. They also followed up with a phone call. They put all my worries at ease. I also use this vet to get my dogs nails clipped, he has a lot of attitude but they are always friendly towards him and treat him with respect. They have also been helping me introduce him to other dogs while I'm there, to make my dog less nervous. Staff are extremely helpful and that's why i keep going back.

Dr. Rowe and her staff are incredible....my name is Bob and I'm going to tell you my story.I was a beat up wretch of a cat and was very afraid of people. My new family finally caught me after 7 months and took me to the Meow Foundation were I was neutered and given antibiotics and had a tooth removed. My new owners were worried that no one would adopt me because I had so many problems so they did.I have part of one ear missing the other one has pieces out of it, I had scabs and cuts all over me. And I was very under weight. I kept digging at my right ear and three different vets said I didn't have ear mites and it was because I has a small ear canal. Well my new family took me to Nolan Hill Vet. clinic as they weren't happy with the answers they were getting about me. Now let me tell you not only are the ladies that work there and Dr. Rowe nice but they did a swab out found out I had a really really bad yeast infection in both ears. I had a few other problems that not one of the three other vets discovered but Dr.Rowe did. Those ladies make me feel important and they take incredible care of me. One of her technicians even made a special scoop to clean out my bad ear. Most importantly Dr Rowe knows that animals don't get sick by appointment.
I'm now a fine specimen of what a cat should be. I don't hurt anymore, my hair is all grown back. And I'm much heavier now...not fat more like a bodybuilder. And I love going there! I get so much love and attention and have a hard time understanding why animals don't like Dr. Offices. My owners are older and have had a lot of pets and seen a lot of vets but will never take any of us to anyone but Dr.Rowe!! SHE AND HER STAFF ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!

I have used this clinic in the past for my dogs hair cuts. Not as our regular vet.
One is an elderly dog and other is young. The haircuts are done nicely. The vet called me to let me know she did an exam and that our elderly dog had an abscessed tooth. The vet informed me of my options and said that the dog needed antibiotics and pain meds. I arrived to pick up my dogs and the front staff didn't know anything about the meds. When promoted they brought only the antibiotics out to me. I asked again about the pain meds as the vet had suggested. The staff at the front counter asked if I wanted them to go back to check on that. I said yes of course if my dog is in pain I would want relief force her. They came back saying that they can't give her meds unless the animal get full exam. Okay, so I get that everyone needs to make a living. They did do a exam so I was a bit confused.
I called back to clarify the exam and was informed it wasn't a "full exam". Okay fine they want their full exam fee. Which, I can also deal with. So obviously I would like to get pain meds for my aging dog and ask when can I get that done? Next I was told oh next week. Here is where I get frustrated. I have aging dog who is in pain. They won't give her meds for her pain and yet expect her to wait 6 more days before I can get an appointment to get pain meds....
I called back and asked to have to vet call me and crickets.....Nothing!
Poor customer service and terrible consideration for an animal who is nearing the end of a fabulous life.
I called my regular vet and they get me in tomorrow!

      This is one great clinic.
For many years now, I have been using Vets to Go for home visits for my cats, but recently thought for routine shots I would take my little Bichon Shitzu into the clinic, as its close and she doesnt get nearly as stressed as the cats about leaving the house.
I had seen the place from the outside, but had never ventured in , i was shocked when I walked in - it was gorgeous. It doesn't look like your typical vet clinic - it feels more like a high end spa inside with thoughtful furnishings and colours. I enquired about the clinic and Lori the lady at the desk took me on a brief tour ( how nice) and showed me around. I was impressed. The whole place was quite amazing. I booked my dog in.
About a week later I brought " Twinkie" in. The day we arrived - I noticed a chalk board on the floor of the lobby welcoming all the furkids in that day - Twinkies included - written in brightly coloured chalk - how sweet.
She was weighed right in the lobby simply by walking over to a weigh scale that was inset into the floor - then we headed into a little room for her exam. Dr. Rowe and Lori were so good with her.
Today - I had to bring my cat in for an ultrasound - this was something that i had been dreading as my cats don't leave the house and I knew it was going to be stressful for her. They very kindly allowed me to be in the room for the whole procedure to assist in calming her, and the vet was there with the tech for the whole thing
The team there is wonderful - so nice, so caring and the clinic is truly the best I have ever been to. I highly recommend it. I only want the best for my furkids, and in my opinion - this truly is the best. I am so pleased to have found them.
