What can I say. I have brought my cars to this place since the 90's. Family owned.

They have always done a magnificent job for me .

Just recently had my 2002' BMW X5 given an auto body upgrade. So happy with it.

The work is impecable. Received many compliments on my SUV.

I trust them. A very honest establishment that does a great job.

I should have done this sooner, but this place did an amazing job with the repairs on my car after the accident. Super kind and the service was great! Everything worked out with the insurance as well. It hurts me looking at these photos lol. But Definitely give this place a chance.

Newton was really good on explaining the work and worked with me. A deer hitting me is pretty shocking on impact and can rock u hard but he made me feel like all relaxed and be as never happened and delivered. He even helped me with issues after the work was completed and answered any questions completely. Thanks Newton and Lori for her outstanding customer service.

I took my car to Newton after it was broken into and my windows smashed and inside of the car was vandalized. Great service and the repair was great. My car looked brand new when I got it back. Jimmy and Laurie were wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car or recommend them. Happy I found them

I wish I didn't have to leave a bad review but I am really disappointed with this shop. My car was at Newton's for 3 weeks due to a delivery delay (which I understood bc of the snow), but please explain to me WHY my front license plate was missing when they said my car was ready for pick up. They were able to find the missing plate but it felt like pulling teeth to have the mechanic insert ALL 4 bolts to attach the plate to my front bumper. The owner even called me to confirm that my car would be ready by 1pm, so I was surprised to see that my car wasn't ready AT ALL. Had my father not come with me, I would have driven off the lot completely unaware.
Aside from the missing plate, there was even an extra car part left in the backseat of my car, and I also noticed that my car tires were not fully inflated. Mind you, I made a request if they could fill up my tires when I dropped off my car but it was obvious at this point that they either forgot or didn't want to. At this point, I was so fed up I drove my car off the lot bc the snow was only getting heavier.
I am so disappointed. I had my car repaired here in the past where they did an excellent job so I don't understand what happened here.

Newton did a great job on my SUV. Richie and his staff were wonderful to work with. My vehicle came back looking like brand new. Fast and efficient service!

Gave two stars out of respect. Been going to Newton's for years starting with my grandfather then my mother and father and now me. He fixed my car once and it was fine so I was completely shocked and surprised when I brought my car to him again and major issues followed. I believe because of our history, newton's tried to do me a favor by fixing something he knew he could not do but it did me more harm. There were mechanical issues that he claimed to have fixed and did not which lead to me having to go next door to an actual mechanic, Nelson's Auto, and have my car properly fixed.

Don't get me wrong, Newton's does a decent job fixing the body of cars, but when it goes past that he falls short and wasn't honest with what work needed to be done to my car.
