      Was super excited about returning.
Totally dumbfounded by the whole experience.
We may have well been invisible.
The manage could arrange a piss up in a brewery! Yes a little uncouth but honestly that's the only way to really get my feelings across.
After saying the service was awful the manager skirted around the whole restaurant and didn't address the situation.
The young man who was bussing and pouring g water was the only member of staff to try to address the situation, apologising and trying to get wait staffs attention.
Sadly they must have been ignoring him too.
Hoi sin sauce for the pancakes we had to ask for. Duck not so great cold. Pancakes curling because the were too dry. Such a shame.
Such a terrible experience on every level.
Also you need to keep up with your bathrooms... disgusting!

My time at Mr. Chow was great. I had the Fiery Beef which paired well with the Caymus Cabernet. I highly recommend it! From the interaction with staff to the scenery was lovely. I enjoyed watching the "Moon Show" as I ate. The servers that tended to me were polite and overall made my experience wonderful. Ivy was one of my servers for the night, she was very helpful when I choosing which drinks to have. Erica was my other server, she brought a nice, lighthearted feel to my night. The only take-away I have for my time there was, I was confused why a separate person had to come to take my order and not the two servers who originally tended to my table.

Love the atmosphere of this place. After being in the super loud casinos and on a crowded Las Vegas strip sidewalk, Mr. Chow offers a quiet relaxing atmosphere, where people can have an actual conversation. We like to go to the bar, order a bottle of wine and have appetizers. My favorite is the glazed prawns with walnuts. The service is excellent. Bryan along with Kokoa really took care of us. So professional! I am so impressed watching level of service given by the waiters. If you want an experience, please try this place.

We loved Mr. Chow! We sat at the bar and the bartenders were so friendly and welcoming. Bryan, Rachel and Kokoa were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our experience great. We love the atmosphere too- so relaxing. 100% recommend.

A friend of mine said he knew this would be a great experience when he saw they had a private elevator to the restaurant.

I attended with a large group and our meal was predetermined. We were fortunate to be able to try tons and tons of dishes and that was awesome. The presentation of the food was beautiful and everything tasted amazing.

Be sure to check out the cocktail menu. There were so many amazing drinks to choose from. They are known for their champagne and make many champagne-based drinks as well.

We received top shelf service. The wait staff was incredibly attentive! I was super excited to visit this restaurant, and was not at all disappointed. Dine here, you won't regret it!

Literally the worst service I've ever had in my life at a fine restaurant. The waiter took our drink order and - literally - never returned. After over 30 minutes, one of the bus staff asked us if we had ordered, and we said we didn't even have menus yet. The maitre D' came and brought us menus, and I thought it would get better from there, but it didn't. While he was helpful and took our order, we - literally - never saw our waiter until he came by - once - the entire night, after we were almost done eating.

I asked the other maitre D' who our waiter was, because, literally we didn't know, and then explained the whole thing to him, and when I said this was literally the worst service I've ever had at a fine restaurant, a man at the next table spoke up and said that he agreed! He said he would have the general manager come by, but no one ever came.

I was deeply disappointed - I had always wanted to go to Mr Chow when we lived in LA, but never again. Completely unacceptable for this calibur of restaurant - and the management not giving a crap seals the deal.

And, even after complaining and they clearly knew my complaints were just and accurate since they witnessed this thenselves, they took 2. Drinks. Off the bill I'm not a complainer - even check my other reviews - but I will go out of my way to warn others after this terrible and unacceptable experience at a typically $150+/person restaurant.

And while I did stiff the waiter which we only saw once, I did cash-tip the maitre D' who actually helped us, even though it wasn't supposed to be his primary job.

We popped into Mr. Chow in Las Vegas to try their dinner offerings. We kicked off with appetizers like the Chicken Satay and the vegetarian-style potstickers. While the chicken satay was a hit, I could've done without the vegetarian potstickers, to be honest. Perhaps a different filling would have suited my taste better. The ambiance was decent, although a bit bright for a dinner setting, and the restaurant was quite empty when we arrived for our 6 o'clock reservation. Finding the place amidst Caesars Palace wasn't a breeze, but we managed to arrive safely for dinner. For our main courses, we opted for the seabass with steamed rice and the Gambler Duckling with sautéed string beans.

The food was delightful, absolutely no complaints there. The service was attentive as well. Would I consider returning? Possibly, though I wouldn't feel compelled to hurry back, especially with so many other dining options available on the Strip.

The price is on the higher side, so make sure you're prepared for that. However, the portions are generous--you'll likely end up with leftovers, to the point where you might be seeking someone to share them with if you're just visiting.

I absolutely love Mr. Chow! Every time I go, I have the best experience from the bar to the dining room, the service is A-1. My most recent visit was during Super Bowl weekend but we went to celebrate my friend's bday. Traffic on the way was horrendous but all I did was call the hostess and she was so accommodating. My party came in late one by one but we were allowed to tarry at the bar be fore being seated by the very handsome maître d'.

Upon being seated the Captain and the waitstaff were so gracious making sure our cocktails were full and explaining the menu in full detail.

I ordered for the table because my friends were a little overwhelmed we each ordered the three course option. To start we had the glazed prawns with walnuts, fresh scallops on the shell and the Shanghai little dragon soup dumplings. The starters were little flavor explosions in my mouth, my favorite being the glazed prawns with walnuts.

Entrees we ordered included the steamed sea bass, the ma mignon and the fiery beef accompanied by shrimp fried rice and vegetables. Each we're delicious but the steamed sea bass was lacking a bit in flavor. There was a sauce to accompany it but perhaps there could've been more sauce. The ma mignon and the fiery beef made up in flavor what the steamed sea bass was lacking.

Cocktails I had multiple cocktails but I only remember the Inception, which was champagne infused with lychee. Sooo good. I couldn't help but get like 3 of them.

The ambience was ethereal with blue lighting and a strange moving art piece hanging from the ceiling. It's like an abstract spaceship fixture that moved and changed shape randomly throughout the evening. It was cool I guess.

Overall, I'd eat here again and again. Thank you to the staff for making the evening lovely.

The ambiance is too sterile. Everything is white and you feel like you've been institutionalized. The servers come in packs to serve or clear items making you feel rushed. The food is very pricey and not worth it. It's very Americanized food if that's what you like. We didn't even take the leftovers. Chinatown has much better priced and much better quality food. Even if you like overpriced Chinese food on the strip, there are far better options than mister chow.

Mr Chow is an icon, so I was excited to have dinner here before our Adele concert. Once we checked in with the hostess, they sent us on an elevator upstairs, which made the restaurant experience completely private and separate to all that was going on in the casinos.

We opted to go with choosing plan that allows us to select two apps, two entrees, and a rice and veggie for a prefix amount for two; our child in essence ate for free, though we also added scallion pancakes on for her.

The scallion pancakes were pastry like, and not fried. We got the noodles with red bean sauce, which is basically jajangmyun but red and not black. It was good! We also got the soup dumplings, which weren't technically recommended and it pretty basic.

For entrees we had the cloud crab, which was delicious and the smaller duck, since we couldn't do the Peking duck with only the two of us. It would've been a great sub for Peking duck since it came with the wraps etc..but the duck was soooo dry, not crispy...dry. We also got the shrimp fried rice, which was yummy and baby bok choi, which I could've eaten forever.

The staff were working in concert with each other which was a pleasure to watch. Our table was in the center, so we could see all the food coming out from the kitchen to the center and then being dispersed from there. Every so often throughout the night the art piece in the center ceiling did some kind of movement dance piece.

Everything felt so classy, except for the chop sticks -- they gave us wooden take out chopsticks which I thought was odd.

Otherwise happy to have experienced an iconic place.

My mom had one wish for her 65th birthday and that was to wake up in Las Vegas. My brother and I made her wish come true. We had the pleasure of staying at Caesa Palace which was absolutely beautiful. After passing by Mr. Chow, we knew we were going there for her birthday dinner. Everything was absolutely amazing. From the service to the decor to the food. Amazing. We would most definitely visit again really soon.
