This business is taking Covid-19 precautions. There is a large sign on that door requiring a mask to enter. The staff also wore masks.

My family is taking formal pictures today. My husband needed a jacket. Even though we contacted them at the last minute, they were able to accommodate us. They are always quick and helpful whenever my husband has used them for rentals. They are also in a convenient location so my husband will more than likely continue to use them when he needs a rental.

I don't usually like posting negative reviews, but i believe the experience we had with this shop warrants one. My husband and I came in to rent vests for our groomsmen. The saleslady asked for their waist and chest measurements since they were all from out of town. When we provided them, they commented that the measurments were off and demanded that we get our groomsmen 'professionally' measured. We explained to them it would be hard due to their busy schedules and they were just a little bigger than my husband, but she rudely shook her head like she was frustrated, like we couldn't understand english, like we were stupid or something. She even raised her voice and kinda dismissed us with a 'have a good day' when we were still in the middle of explaining. Uggh, she was so rude!I felt extremely disrespected. You just don't treat customers that way. I understand she wanted to give us the perfect fit, but she should of understood our situation as well and at least offered some other alternative. Anyways, We took our business somewhere else. K's formals at galleria had better prices and much better staff.

A local business (at least I've never seen it any where else in my time traveling) that really knows what they are doing! My now husband and groomsmen got their tuxes for our wedding there and they looked amazing AND were much cheaper than Men's Warehouse.
