I was happy to find this little cafe the other day, and stopped in for breakfast.

I enjoyed the egg and cheese breakfast croissant, but the star of the show was my scone, which was wonderfully flavorful and beautifully textured, easily the best I've had for a good while.

The "Spicy Del Torro Mocha" [sic] has the right idea, sort of a Mexican hot chocolate latte, but needed more oomph - the coffee, chocolate and spice notes were all too weak.

The ambiance is casual-eclectic and nicely relaxing. The service was good.

Such a great spot. I love it here. The service is wonderful. The space is cute and eclectic with lots of seating. The food is delicious and they have some unique takes like candied habenero scones. It's a little our of the way for me but it's a fun stop if I'm passing by on my way to black mountain. I definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Love the staff and service. Warm and welcoming. It's very homey inside - a surprise for a strip mall in Swannanoa! Always serve dark roast which makes it a win. Large windows display the mountains you're at the foot of! Gf bakery items are yummy. Regular baking items yummy. Haven't tried lunch but locals seem very pleased. The cook/baker is a chef with her own catering biz. We love this find!

Cozy cafe with tasty scones, desserts, breakfast, and a diverse drink menu. Great for those who need a quiet space to read, write, or just be, but also perfect for those on the go since it's just a short detour off the highway.

I remembered to get a picture of my sandwich this time before I demolished it! This is a great little coffee shop for reading or studying. The food is good and their Van Gogh coffee light roast is just the ticket this morning. Their staff are always friendly. The person who took my order this morning even let me do my own honey and cream in my coffee before she poured the coffee in.

My favorite part is that they have loyalty punch cards! So in a few more visits I'll get my breakfast for free!

Great coffee shop, I'll definitely be coming back.

I picked up a coffee to go and an out of this world rose & raspberry scone for my morning drive through the mountains during my recent road trip vacay. Let me tell you, that scone was so moist and flavorful with that raspberry & rose combination. When I'm back in the area visiting friends I will definitely stop in again.

We my and I popped in on Sunday morning on a whim. We both got the scrambled egg and cheese croissants (they were sold out of the ones with bacon). We didn't have high expectations but we were blown away when we tasted the horseradish mayo sauce- these are great breakfast sandwiches. I would also recommend the tea (we did not try the coffee).

This was my first time going to Moments and it did not disappoint! Plenty of seating to social distance, and also to-go cups if you are not looking to sit down. Staff was friendly and helpful. Super cute interior with good coffee, smoothies, and food to match!
