Michaels

Just went to Michaels and saw they had a bunch of stuff on clearance. They had an end cap with a bunch of cardstock that was 80% so I grabbed a few packages and I checked out not realizing 1 of them ring up $25 when it was suppose to be $2 so I get to my car check the receipt and noticed it so I go back inside and let them know it rang up incorrectly and there was a bunch of the same cardstock on that endcap and they refused to honor their mistake. It was there employees who stocked those shelves and they tell me know it was 1 random package and I said know clearly you can see it's whole bunch of the same exact thing on the shelf and still refused to honor the price they said well it's nearly $30 (it was $25) and it's not my problem how much it is all I care about is what it was advertised as. Very poor customer service .. honor the $2 take the mistake as a lesson learned and send and employee to take all the others off the shelf so it doesn't happen to another customer. I spend alot of money in michaels store and this experience really annoyed me.

We decided to take on an arts and crafts project for an upcoming baby shower so we were in the need for a ton of round clear gemstones.

We had been to a few Michaels stores in the area but we struggled to find what we needed. Since we needed at least five more bags, we decided to drop in at this location.

After coming to this Michaels store I think that it will become our go-to store. This store is huge and well stocked. On top of that, the staff here is polite and knowledgeable on where their merchandise is located. Overall I was impressed with the service and the fact that they weren't understocked like some of the other locations we visited.

In the end, this is a great store so don't hesitate to come here if you needed to put together that project you are waiting to do.

This store is simply the BEST! The store workers and managers are wonderful! They help you in any which way they can. They are courteous and knowledgeable.
I am a born artist and my creative and inventiveness is met by finding exactly what I need at exceptional value and price. The stores coupons are very helpful. I find that the workers at Michael's treat me with the up most respect and they always greet me with a smile and kind words. They meet all my shopping needs.

This is a great Michaels store. It is relatively new, big, and clean. The aisles are wide, and items are easy to find. This Michaels is always busy, but there is plenty if parking. The staff is friendly and they are around to help.
