Mi Casa Beauty Supply

I am drawn to leave a review. I went to the shop a month ago to make a purchase. I was told the item I wanted was no longer available. I was crushed. I was passing the area yesterday n decided to stop in see if I can buy something. Michael told me "We have the color you want in stock" I smiled thinking he was mistaken. I was so happy when Felipe took out the item for me before I reached him in the back. I was so so happy. MiCasa is now my go to place. Try n see if you have a good experience as I did. The fact that Michael is extremely efficient in his knowledge of his job. I have asked him questions about a particular style of hair. He went the extra mile n ordered for me. Always a pleasure to go to the store to get my hair care needs. The store is clean n very organized.

Clearly this store is unprofessional and butt hurt by the bad reviews that they constantly receive. As stated below this store has clear proof of roaches I would definitely avoid this disgusting store at all costs. Follow the health rules and stop closing before your actual closing times idiots maybe then you'll get more business and less bad reviews.

This place has a lot of products to choose from but enter at your own risk! I saw roaches!! I let the workers and manager know and they referenced it's due to having restaurants on either side ... still nasty!!! If that's an issue, you still have to do something about that! I can't see myself going back there unless it's an emergency. So unfortunate since I a lot of products for my hair type is located there but that's too much of a compromise! So shocked!!

I come here religiously and when I do I MUST give myself at least an hour because I can never seem to find the exit door lol. Always have a great selection of product. Can never seem to leave before spending a good amount of money. The owners and workers are very nice and helpful! Very small spot but has a great selection!!

I have been going to this beauty supply store since I was in middle school (many moons ago). I have since tried others but always end up coming back to Mi Casa. They have a wide variety of products and for a product junkie like me, it's heaven! They always keep the shelves stocked with the newest innovations as well as the old classics you never quite give up on. The service is always great and they're not afraid to come from behind the counter and help out if I can't find something or need advice. Recently they added a HUGE selection of makeup products (I love lipstick) and the prices are fair. They also have a nice selection of oils. Their products range from inexpensive to high end so regardless of your budget there's something there for you. They carry stuff for all hair types so wether you're relaxed, natural, black white or green, they have it all! One of the best beauty supplies around!

This is the worst beauty supply store on Long Island. They have a sign up in their store that says no refund, exchange within 3 days except on hair, and accessories. I wanted to exchange a synthetic wig. From what I understand synthetic means not real (plastic). They are also very expensive. The same wig that I wanted to exchange cost me $76 in their beauty supply store, the exact same wig is online for $34. The son of the owner is rude and obnoxious.
