      I recently went into the store in Dedham,my has customer service gone away ,you. see before the pandemic I worked there up untill you couldnt work no more , shut down for six months , watching neflix at home , waiting. for it. to end .When all was well and we could. go back to normal, I recieved a call from corporate as things ,have changed , no longer commision , hrly and. not a one you could live on in Massachusetts,so I Rich Wish , the suit whisperer left ,not seen for the work I have. done with over 500,000 a year in sales for 5 years not to mention over 100,000 in their. custom suits ,I Could put those together in my sleep,which brings me back to the, now lack of. customer service or help, short handed they say ,as I went in that day IN Septemberof 2023 ,looking to get back to what I love to do help people for all occasions, asi waited for some reason people came to shop not enough help , I stepped in not working there , and helped. with ideas for people wanting to buy sold one gentleman a custom suit and a sportcoat , put. through the custom like it was yesterday ,as well a couple more guests waiting to talk to the manger about getting rehired ,,and being that IM some sort of number ,and not getting rehired .It looks to me , that I cant type, but I was one hell of salesman .sincerly Rich WIsh.. the suit whisperer..

      Not sure what the deal is with the other two reviews over here but I've only had stellar experiences there. Prior to wedding season being in full swing, and with a few job interviews starting to come together, I wanted to get a couple of suits. Nothing too crazy but definitely something a bit more custom that would fit well. I also needed to upgrade my clothes a bit.

      Thing is, I suck at all of this. I hate shopping for clothe. I hate buying clothe. I hate the entire process. However the two guys that worked there (both named Corey) made it a breeze. From selecting things to various bits of advice and ways to save money, they were incredibly knowledgeable and made this a very pleasant experience. I felt relieved and more importantly the items I acquired are bangin'

      The store itself is beautifully maintained. They have a great selection of everything and can also acquire things very quickly from other stores if needed.

      So kudos to you, staff at Men's Warehouse, you guys rock! I'll definitely be back.

      Ouch I was expecting the worst from the previous 2 reviews, but those relate to fitting for formal wear. (We chose to go with a local business for that instead.) My SO and I just went in for a pair of new dress shoes and we walked out with 2 pairs almost 2 hours later. On a quiet Friday night, we were one of two groups floating around the store. The sales associate, Will greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. We must have gone through nearly 2/3 of the shoes available in the store, partly due to my picky SO. Unfortunately the store does not seem to have a large inventory of the size(s) on hand since we often received bad news that it wasn't available after he checked in the back. Rounding up from 3.5 true rating to 4.

      I felt bad we had a mountain of shoe boxes around us and he probably tied and retied the shoes endlessly. We did appreciate the Asst. Manager, Cory's advice of investing a pair of deep burgundy shoes instead of brown since that color is more versatile. We ended up going with the 2 pairs since they had a sale on the original pair we chose and buy one get one 50% off. (Normally I tend to avoid those, since that's really only 25% off in total, but we also stacked a coupon for $20 off $100+.) In between helping the other customers, Cory also tried to sell us shoe trees, which make sense but this wasn't the time since 2 hours had already gone by from shoe shopping alone. Very strange that they sell them individually since most people would want to get 2 for a pair of shoes. As someone who has worked in retail, I know all too well the pain of up selling the loyalty program to customers. They pestered us a few times and let it go thankfully. Not sure why they needed the phone number though at the checkout either.

      I wish I got the managers name. He was amazing! He promised my sister in law the bride to be that he would make sure we were taken care of and he fulfilled his promise! He was very knowledgeable with the brands and sizing. Very personable and charismatic. The suit we were looking for was not in stock in the Westwood store but in the dedham one. He had an employee bring us the suit in two different sizes so we can try it on in store in Westwood! Now that is service! I want to come back! I wish this place sold clothes for women I would be in here everyday with that kind of service! We left happy with the price and quality
      Of our purchase.

      Highly recommend that if you are looking for tuxedos or suits for a wedding you go elsewhere. I was a groomsman in my friend's wedding and the ordering part was ok, however come the week of the wedding we get the suits in and parts of them don't fit on me or the groom. The store manager Corey promised us everything would be fixed. Come Friday morning, nothing had been delivered and so we had to have everything sent to the wedding destination (NH). Day of the wedding I went to pick up everything for the groom and myself. Turned out Corey never placed to orders for the missing pieces of our tuxedos. Fortunately for us the people in NH were able to get us versions close enough to the what they were supposed to be, but didn't quite match. He also offered us store credit, but never delivered on that promise either.

      Long story short, if you need suits/tuxedos for a wedding party don't go here as they will lie to you and mess up your wedding day.

      There is a reason this place has such bad reviews. My experience was in November but its been in the back of my head to write a bad review of this place. Customer service is terrible. We rented shoes for a wedding and the soles came off, ruined my wedding! My husband spent most of the wedding dragging his shoes around. They had the audacity to want to charge a late fee and almost did not give him a refund. A manager had to get involved. All I can say is that they are very lucky I didnt go with him. Bridezilla wouldve caused a scene! Never ever doing business with them again. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

      Torturous. Even though it only took 20-25 minutes to pick out what we wanted, the whole trip took 2.5 hours. We had an 11am appointment which they clearly don't honor because they kept stopping to help other people. Several people came after we arrived and left before us because our sales person was just too busy stopping to help them than to finish with us. We only had 4 guys to size. Also, a heads up for first timers that you have to know what you want because you don't get to try anything on before renting.

      As I sit here three nights before my wedding for over an hour now waiting for my soon to be husband's suit to be altered for the third time now, I'm extremely dissatisfied. This is the second suit being altered as the first one had the "glue" from the permanent press on the outside of the pants. Cory the manager struggles with customer service and is argumentative/defensive. He rushes around the store half listening to the customer. It's clear this store needs help and it's a shame the customers have to deal with their disorganization and lack of customer service. Will not return and do not recommend men's warehouse to any wedding party.

      I happen to read the reviews that came up on the store in Westwood. I have and continue to shop at some of the best men's retailers around. Walking into the Men's Wearhouse I have had nothing but excellent service along with suits, shirts, blazers that were priced very reasonable and fit Perfect thanks to their tailor. I needed a suit quickly and they got it tailored and ready in less than two days. I usually work with the two Cory's and have had nothing but excellent customer service. I have not rented a tux so I can't speak to that. If you need a suit, blazer, shirts and even casual clothes you are selling yourself short by not stopping in!!!
