This team is awesome! Courtney is always extremely helpful and has always gotten my vehicles in to have them looked at and most often fixed the same day- Blayne did an outstanding job fixing my heater which when it's below zero is a little important getting back and forth to work.. they work really well together and are both professional and friendly. A huge thank you as always to the folks there that I can trust to do the job right the first time.

Didn't even get serviced here - called to make an appointment was told to come in the next day 9 am for emissions inspection and they weren't able to do it. Sounds like they need help communicating so was frustrating to be told to come in, then drive there for nothing but I went to Kevin's car care instead and had a much better experience with

I am very disappointed. The gentleman I spoke with to schedule a state emissions inspection was polite and professional. However, when he informed me that I did not pass my safety inspection is when I found out he was a crook. Because safety and emissions inspections are state mandated I knew I could not get ripped off because the cost is fixed. However, he informed me that I needed $1200+ worth of work to pass. He offered to take me home while they worked on it. I told him thank you but I am taking the vehicle to my mechanic. My mechanic never charges me for labor because he is a great friend. He quoted me $241 for all three services recommended without labor charged. That's with an oil change in addition because he knew I was due. Once I got to his shop, he informed me that I only needed one of the three services quoted by your technician. Come to find out, I have heard Meineke employees are trained to upsell services and are rumored to also make a commission. I will not be back.

Needed brakes done, told them it had to be same day because it's a work truck, brought it in at 7 am. 4:45 they hadn't even touched it. Absolute joke ran by fools

Took my truck in for new brakes after they were making a sound. Only took them a couple of hours which was nice. The fun starts when I left, and immediately heard the same sound as before coming out of the front breaks. Was on my way home after leaving them a message about how my problem was not fixed, and before I knew it my steering was out of control. Nearly wrecking on the side of the road, I get out of the truck to find the brakes were GLOWING RED HOT and had caught my tire ON FIRE. Upon them not returning my calls for 36 hour due to being closed on a Wednesday, they then said since I towed it elsewhere that I would not be refunded. Just a flat out awful experience. Don't do business here if you can help it. Worst experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop and that is really saying something.

I set an appointment a week earlier for 8 AM and expected that my car to be serviced at that time but to be told it it would be worked on later in the day. What's the point of setting that early of a time and that your car can't be seen at that point. Apparently this location likes to double book appointments and is an inconvenience to customers. When rescheduling, they couldn't see me for another two weeks. Good luck at this location.

I take all 4 of my vehicles here for every need!! Always honest, always super helpful!!! Great family owned business!!! No complaints!! Very professional and excellent care!! Would recommend them to anyone anytime!! Really takes care of their Vets also!!

I went on Veterans Day for an oil change and they were very friendly, professional, and prepared. They had an amazing spread for all veterans including burgers, hot dogs, chips, soda, and a raffle. It was really amazing seeing them take such good care if our veterans.

Just took my minivan in this past week for the very first time with a broken flex pipe and leaking rack and pinion. I have to say, I refuse to go anywhere else now. Everyone has been so great and so helpful. I trust them. I have had many issues with other places not being honest and I have always ended up feeling like I couldn't trust what I was being told. That is definitely not the case here. I feel like my car is in the best of hands. The problem with my car was explained in detail and I was shown exactly where the problem was. Everything was crystal clear. This is where I will be taking my car from now on. Thank you all!!
