McDonald's

I normally wouldn't review a fast food restaurant, and I'm even less likely to leave a positive one, but I was impressed by the staff and service here. I came in today about an hour ago and they were incredibly busy a line of cars extended into the road. DoorDashers were all lined up, and a herd of folks including myself in line to order.

With all of that going on my order came out quickly and just the way I ordered it

Ok,I usually don't review fast food restaurants,but I just had to do it with this one.
Oh my god.
I have never been to such a bad McDonald's in my life.
I was on a road trip from San Diego to Santa Monica with my wife and my 2 kids.
We went so Santa Monica because we have heard such good things about this city in San Diego and my family has been wanting to go for years,and I took them as a suprise because I knew how excited they would be!
This is the first place we ate at in Santa Monica.
Trust me,I regret that being my decision for the first thing we should have ate at Santa Monica but we were so hungry.
And we decided to dine in so we could stretch out of the car.
TOTALLY REGRET.
The first thing we saw was fries all over the floor on the corner and no workers were cleaning it up!??!!??
Second thing we did was go to the bathroom which was the dirtiest thing my family has ever been in.
Smelled like homeless.
Third we went to order and the worker did not look like she was having a good day.
She told us what did we want to order with this dam attitude.
We got our food and there was a screw in my sons Big Mac!!!!!!!!
I would have sued but I am a godly man and I forgive and I try to forget.
Told my son to throw the burger away and that we will go to Burger King after to get him a whopper.
Forgot to mention the tables were so dirty greasy crumby oily and smelly.
All of the tables were like that.
My daughters nuggets were burnt and my wife's burger was raw.
My quarter pounders lettuce tasted like paper.
We tried to end McDonald's by my family sharing a McFlurry but that was even worse ,of course like always the ice cream machine was broken.
Ruined the vibe of my whole families trip.
Thanks McDonald's!
Never coming to this McDonald's location EVER AGAIN.

This is for Order VW41. We ordered for mobile pick up we We were told that the strawberry cream pie is not available and was given an option for apple pie and declined. I decided to refund but we were told they cant refund us since its an app order then We were told to wait for 12 minutes if we want strawberry creme pie! this is unacceptable the manager was incompetent. Not even apologetic. if this is an online order they couldve made the strawberry cream pie ahead of time instead of telling us thats its not available. Now we are still waiting for our pie and its over 12 minutes. I have to go inside to pick up my order. Good thing ai saw that the inside is filthy and very awful customer service experience.

Bathroom lock is broken. Anyone can walk in without you knowing.

This is by far the worst McDonald's we have ever been to and we have been to hundreds. There is not one good thing I can say about his place--well, I can try. The drive in area is somewhat clean and the parking area is not too dirty. The windows are clean. Sorry, that is all I got as to the positives.

I will never go there again and I suggest you stay away. This is clearly a franchise and they are not even close to meeting McDonald's standards.

First, you walk in and there is paper on the floor, the bins are over flowing, the tables have not been cleaned. Chairs, made of plastic, are stacked on top of one another. I felt the need to wash my hands after I grabbed chairs for my family. I would have just left, but my grandson was so hungry and had been looking forward to this "treat."

Second, you order. The service is satisfactory. No one has a uniform on and they do not appear happy to be there. I know, try cleaning instead of talking to the guy in the corner who is just hanging out there with no food. They kept comparing photos of something, I have no idea what. All I knew is that the interior was dirty and this employee was doing nothing and we were there 35 minutes--it took forever to get our food.

Next, the cups they use are not McDonald's, but little plastic cups so you are paying for a medium drink, you are getting a small size plastic cup. They had few napkins.

it took forever it seemed to get our food and when we got it, the burgers were burned, my large coke was in a small plastic cup, no napkins were offered and I had to ask for a straw as the container was empty. The food was not good. None of it was good. All of it was burned.

The final horror of the night was the bathroom. I mean really, it was so bad I took photos. Urine was on the floor, the toilet was clogged, the hand dryer was greasy--I kid you not, and again. I was stepping in urine.

Oh, and flies in the air, on our table and on my food was great fun.

Never again.

Filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. Never again.
Guessing the health dept. will have a field day.
Dining area was slightly better in all fairness.

Dude handing the food out at the drive thru was rude. Asked him for fresh fries and he said, "those just came out." And turned his back on us. He really just didn't gaf. Fries were disgusting by the way.
The taste-like-they-were-sitting-in-a-bag-for-a-two-hour-drive-before-they-reach-you kind of disgusting. They also tasted like dirty oil that hasn't been changed in over a decade.

I'm not even going to complain that they didn't fill them up and that this container is half full because I wouldn't want to eat anything past the half a fry i stuck in my mouth anyway.

Gross.

Even by fast food standards.

I guess if you're desperate its an okay stop. Just don't expect fresh.

I know, I know, why eat at McDonalds when there are literally sooooooo many other places that aren't McDonalds?? In all honesty it wasn't because it's the home of the best burger but because they now have adult happy meals. Yep, you read that right, ADULT happy meals! No matter how old I get, I'll always be a kid at heart and I wanted to find out what one of a kind toy I'd get! Yes, Yes Y'all, you too can get the Limited Edition Cactus Plant Flea Market Happy Meal, while they last :)

I even put a reminder in my phone so I wouldn't forget, I wanted to be there on the 1st day before they sold out. Not gonna lie, I was more excited going through the drive through than I've been since I was 5 years old. I pulled up to the speaker box to order and the guy was pretty nice starting off but quickly got smart assy when I asked too many questions about the happy meal. I wanted to know when they were going to hand out a different one, each week, each month, or...? Of course I wanted to get all 4 characters because, my inner child said so. His response was, "Lady, I don't know. I've been off for a few days, came back and this thing has been poppin off since I got here today". Umm well, OK. Rude much?? Obviously he wasn't feelin the hype like I was, pffffffft. I ended up ordering the meal with chicken McNuggets which I don't think I've had since I was 5. Seriously.

I pulled up to pay, gave him my moolah and could tell he was STILL irritated. I killed him with kindness which of course irritated him even more. Haha! He pretty much tossed my change at me but because I'm quick I caught it before it fell to the ground. Again, HAHA! Pulled up to the next window, grabbed my order and parked immediately to discover what toy I'd gotten and... it was Cactus Jack! Cool! Then I went in for the McNuggets and blechhhhh, gross, not good, is that even chicken, spit it out! Tasted like cooked cardboard might taste and had the texture of dried up scrambled eggs. NASTY!!!! Those went straight into the trash, bummer! The fries were decent in comparison to the cardboard cutlets so I ate them while I inspected my new toy. I'd like to have all the characters but refuse to pay over $12 again for another crappy meal. Definitely NOT worth over $12 in my opinion.

Reason for the 2 stars? The Cactus Jack toy of course.

The old man with the gray t-shirt taking orders needs to improve his customer service, I ask to use the restroom and he gave me the code 600030027* door did not open so I went back and told him it didn't work he then said oh well I don't know what to tell you,
So I turn back and said well how about having someone else help me with the code? but thank goodness for the customer behind me he said I'll open it for you.

This place is run by a bunch of punk teenagers that don't care about the job at all and it shows. Had to repeat my order twice the kid taking my order, pull up the window he's literally on his phone talking to someone else, no wonder he had trouble with my order. Not even a big deal tho, I had ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal. What they gave me a large fry overdone and disgusting, and a 6 piece chicken Mc Nugget with "well done" on the box. So burnt fries and burnt mcnuggets instead of a 2 cheeseburger meal. Never coming back here again
