McDonald's

On this chilly morning, there was only one way to warm up and McDonald's Fruit and Maple Oatmeal hit the spot. It tasted relatively healthy filled with whole-grain oats, apples, cranberries and raisins. It was hearty, warm and filling.

The drive-through at 1129 Campbell Ave. in West Haven was quick and efficient. I haven't been to McDonald's in years, and the wholesome oatmeal was impressive.

I am really impressed with this McDonald's. The seating options are awesome. The area inside is clean. I literally waited only a few minutes for my food and my childrens food to be ready. The food was hot. The employee who rang me out was sweet and smart. I have to give this place a 10/10. Considering what it used to be. Major upgrades!!

Manager refused to give me ONE BBQ sauce with my online order .. demanded 25 cents cash, no cash= no sauce ... Also didn't give me a receipt.. also they always give you the order and try to run, no thank you, no eye contact, no name tag!

The go to spot for a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Early morning service is always friendly and fast. Order thru the app for a $2 breakfast sandwich every day.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. My boyfriend and I ordered literally two 6 pieces and fries and that's it. The estimated delivery time kept going up in 20 minute intervals. Eventually after waiting an hour and 40 minutes, McDonalds cancelled our order without our consent.

They never refunded my boyfriend the money from our order. We went the next morning to the store with photo evidence of our receipt and order cancellation notification, and still no one would refund us, give us coupons, or a free meal.

Fuck this McDonalds bro

Bad service, shake machines always not working. How hard is it to maintain a shake machine? Also no napkins? I asked for a shamrock shake and it had all of the green syrup on the top without being mixed. Horrible.

If I could give them a zero, it would be a zero. Old, stale coffee, steak bagel soaked in grease. Old French fries.

Just passing through and was in need of a Diet Coke, free wi-fi and to charge my phone. This worked great as my remote office for an hour. The staff here were so friendly that I decided to get on here. They were great!

They must really hate their job here . They literally always have bad attitudes and once served me a crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich with moldy bread .
