This location was very disappointing due to the quantity of our vanilla ice creams cones. Mind you, these are $2.50 now and as you can tell by the picture, we hardly got anything. The worker told us they get yelled at if they "over-serve" what kind of environment is that? A location that yells at their employees? Overall, we won't be returning to this location due to these reasons. Ambiance overall wasn't good. I would recommend going to another of the many McDonald's locations.

I was accused of something I didn't do. These two ladies came up aggressively to me and my friends and accused us of trying to steal food. she didn't even let explain what happened.

Ok. I know it sux to be on the other end of complaints. So I'd like to add some KUDOS to this location. Though the wait was long- mostly due to the tall truck in front of my very low car blocking my view of the other open lane (which I assumed was blocked with a cone bc this line was stupid long, like to the street long), I was able to place my breakfast order on the app. As Paz (my pup) and I waited a full 30 minutes before getting to the speaker, I became concerned about the quality of the food I paid for 30 minutes ago. Then i imagined the customers who might not be as polite and patient and the toll it must take on the employees. Despite all of that, The Team maintained their composure and positive attitudes....my food was yummy and hot!

For reasons unknown, the order is skewed from the first window where they take your money to the 2nd window where they fuck up your order. That or, extra pickles is code for an inside joke about me.

Ordered a kids meal and my older child a #1 at this location. As my kid was eating he swallowed a long ass hair!!! We tried to take it out but the food he Already chewed ended up being swallowed, he felt the hair as the food was going down his throat the hair along with it. I wouldn't normally leave a review but there phone line is super busy. So just look threw your kids food because that's just freaking disgusting. Wear a damn hair net McDonald's!!!!! Never again.

Lady was very rude impatient and my food was cold did not help the customer in front of me gave us both large amount of attitude and was very disrespectful told me that I had to place two orders even though I had just added stuff to my first order was not explaining why I was paying two times if she would have explained it first kindly I would have completely understood!!

Mc Donald's is a great family friendly place to eat. I appreciate that they updated their playground and added interactive devices to some of the tables in the kids area. I love that I could use the app. easily and order without having to stand in line or deal with a wait. Also when I arrived I I freed off their interactive terminal. Food came out hot and ready!

If I could give no stars, I would. Customer service sucks. If I place an order through a delivery service and for whatever reason you "can't find" my order, the proper thing to do Manager Gerald Mills, is 1.) immediately notify the customer. Don't wait until an hour later when I'm calling to figure out WTF is going on cause you're turning my delivery away. 2.) Fulfill the damn order. You have me on the phone waiting, you have my card information, and my delivery guy is still waiting there. You "can't find" the order, take it over the damn phone directly from me! I'm an avid delivery app user and have orders from this place before, and this was by far the Worst experience, ever!

If I could give the customer service negative stars here I would. Was treated like trash that doesn't matter and was called some nasty names because I was just asking for help to finally take my order at the speaker in the drive thru. Whoever is managing there, don't let your employees call customers "hoes" just for asking for some help.

Just got off work t and was hoping to grab something but of course yet again, this McDonald's is only taking cash and only has drinks, honestly this is the worst McDonald's. avoid at all costs.
