My food was literally cold(I live 6 mins from this place )and my order was completely wrong and idk how u can get the sandwich's mixed up...

Negative 5 stars for food quality and customer service from the manager tonight. My daughter called him after getting home with our to go order of two Quarter Pounder cheeseburgers and a basket of fries.
One of the Quarter Pounders was undercooked--raw patty discovered on 1st bite--RAW all the way from edge to center (cut in half to check). Threw it away to avoid getting sick.
Second Quarter Pounder had a patty with a piece of PLASTIC wrap stuck on it. Threw this one away too.
Basket of fries were under fried--pale and limp. This was after we requested they be made fresh and crispy. (We've ordered them this way the last few previous visits successfully.) Tonight the basket of fries were horrible and also went in the trash.
The manager whom we called was unapologetic and laughed when we told him about the issues with our food. He had no concern at all for serving raw meat and foreign objects contaminating our food. His response was are you coming back to get it remade? As it was almost 11:00 PM by then my daughter told him she was not driving back there tonight. Asked for a refund which he said he couldn't do because she wasn't there in person. We don't feel confident giving them another chance to make us sick by undercooking or contaminating the food. (This is NOT the first time we've gotten raw meat patties or expired food as noted in our previous Yelp reviews. We have gotten sick after eating there in the past. If you wonder why we have given them business after previous issues, they had done better until now.) Their 1.6 stars rating on Yelp is too generous in our opinion.

First few calls went unanswered, then next few were answered then immediately hung up on their end with no one saying anything. Finally, a man answered, was abrupt and said he was "one of the managers." Had to ask for his name. Informed him of the raw quarter pounder patties and health concerns about them serving much undercooked hamburgers. He asked if we wanted to drive back there tonight to get replacement orders. Told him that since this was the third time in a row we've been served undercooked burgers from them, we'd prefer a refund. He told us to come back tomorrow with our receipt. See my previous review regarding this location's failure to label their Apple pies with expiration date/time labels. Seems they really don't care about serving customers fresh and safely cooked food. Recommend going elsewhere to satisfy your cravings for a hamburger.
Dec 17, 2021Previous reviewUPDATE to my previous review (11 days ago) of the De Zavala McDonald's location re no expiration date/time sticker on their nasty, obviously old and cold Apple pie. Today I got an Apple pie from a different McDonald's location (Babcock Rd & Prue) and OMG, there's an expiration sticker on my pie (see new pic for comparison to pie from De Zavala location). Today's pie was fresh, tasty and served hot! It was proof that these expiration stickers ARE supposed to be on the pie boxes to ensure they are fresh. Only reason I see why a restaurant would NOT want them on the pies they serve customers is to hide how old and stale the pies they sell you are. Seems like a shady practice. Great job Babcock & Prue location! BTW, my daughter got a hamburger and fries today at the Babcock & Prue McDonald's, and she said that not only were her burger and fries fresher and tastier than food she typically gets at DeZavala, the Babcock staff was friendlier and got her customized order 100% correct! DeZavala location usually messes up our orders and/or leaves items out of our to go bags. It may be a longer drive to the Babcock & Prue location, but it's definitely worth it!
Dec 6, 2021Previous reviewFor some reason, this location fails to place expiration date/time labels on their Apple pies. Maybe because they serve ones that are nasty, stale and old? And there's no need for the "Caution HOT!" warning on the box since they are NOT served even warm. Does this meet McDonald's minimum standards and policies? See photo.

Bad service as always, just went here for a quick bite, I was just really starving. Just went for a happy meal. They can't even properly read the order, no sauces--as clearly indicated in the order--at all. And f there's an option for a zero star rating that's what they deserve.

1148431738Jan 16, 2023I hate to pile on, but this is one of the worst McD's I've been to, and that's saying something. Inside's clean enough but it's slow, slow, slow and to add insult to injury they got my order (and the following two customers' orders) wrong.
On top of that, McD's used to at least be cheap. Now...$10 for a couple McDoubles, a small drink and fries? Yikes! That inflation bug bit hard.
This place scores a 1 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below.
5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here.
4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK having a nosh here with Mother Mary.
3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad.
2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here.
1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either.

Sometimes the app "order ahead" is honored but other times it's not. Do not waste your money or time to drive to this location. You will be disappointed.

Second time we have gone to this drive thru..
second time this week we received wrong order.. I order hamburger and ticket on box says hamburger and we received nuggets.
Going back to correct it is hard with a child especially at this establishment since it's so busy with traffic .

My first yelp review. I had to pull over off the highway as my bowels were about to explode. Thankfully I encountered the most immaculate bathroom I have ever seen in a McDonalds. Thank you for your service, the Diet Coke was also crisp.

Placed a curbside pickup order and when I checked in and called to ask about the status of my order, they asked me to go to the door to get it myself. When I went to get it and after I got back to my car, it was missing an item, so I tried to go back to tell them but the employees wouldn't let me go in to tell anyone, so I had to call from my car, and they had the balls to ask me to walk back to the door to pick it up again! All this while there were 3 employees just sitting outside the door eating and chatting.
