McDonald's

They need to adjust their hours on Google. They aren't open as late as they advertise. We made a stop just to go there, but they closed over an hour early. Could be a good franchise, but we wouldn't know. ‍

It's bad... always bad - long waits, fairly rude service, messed up orders... even when they make a mistake they won't admit it... not trying to be offensive, but it's no secret y'all forget stuff in the drive through... and someone that orders $85 worth of meals isn't going to lie about a missing medium fry while trying to return the WRONG BAG in exchange for the correct one... don't blame the customer - it's just rude.

It's a shame you can't put zero down for a rating. I have worked in Perry for the last two years. This McDonald's gives such bad service. Long waits, rude managers, crew members that do not know what is going on. Do not pull forward upon their request. They leave you out there until all other orders have gone through. Two times I pulled forward only to wait over 15 minutes each time. Both times crew members said, "sorry we forgot." Why order online when inline (drive-through) they can't get your order right. They need a whole new management team and need to retrain all their crew members. This place does not care if you sit in line for 13 minutes or longer for a coffee. I will never return to this place and it feels like the management team does not care.

Not a good experience. After I took my order for 7 people and went home I found out they shorted me a 10 piece McNugget and no dipping sauce for the three happy meals with nuggets I ordered. I drove all the way back up there while my family ate and had requested my food to be remade since it was back at the house cold. They remade my meal and the manager gave me the 10 piece I was shorted, in doing so they still forgot the sauce. 3rd time is a charm I guess. You may be better off at BK across the street.

This location has the McCafe setup so the interior is uber swank and plush. The nice setup makes you feel like you "could" meet up some friends for food before you start your party. Relaxing surrounding, if they only had free wi-fi it'd be better than Sbux. Standard service, during my visit I saw some employees taking care of the grounds. Emptying outside trash bins. Care for your location scores points in my book. Keep rocking M-52 McD's.

This McDonalds has TERRIBLE service. Half the time you don't get what you order. It is run by a bunch of 17 year olds who don't take it seriously. I ordered a Big Mac and they gave me nuggets and when I said that I hadn't ordered it they threw a fit and threw me out. The food is also barely made and sits there all day instead of being remade they just leave it sitting.

Ordered the steak burritos for a morning commute. It was GROSS!!!!!. The sauce was rancid .Only took one bite.
Drove back, went inside, gave their food back.
Manager would not give my money back, but did offer to charge me for a different meal.

Never again will I go to the McNautious in Perry.

Every time I go there I receive great service and fresh hot food. It is one of the better McDonalds in the county... the few times I got a messed up order they replaced it with the correct food and also had me keep the food that wasn't mine.

Disregard my previous review. Even when they are busy, the food is not hot. I just waited 15 minutes in line for a cold fries. Clearly the staff does not care what they are handing out the window.

If I could put zero stars I would. This place is downright disrespectful. Someone is taking there job too seriously at this Mcdonald's. When a truck driver can't even get a grilled chicken salad. A truck driver obviously can't get a semi-truck through a drive-thru he was refused food. When we tried ordering the truck driver food we were threatened by the manager saying she would call the police. Her soul is more rotten then the food. Shame on this Mcdonald's! #Truckdrivermatter
