McDonald's

I was on a business trip coming to this McDonald for quick bite before crossing to Canada border, but I ended up working on my laptop due to its cleanliness and abundance of outlet. Well, unbeknown to me, I somehow managed to lose my phone wallet, with cash and driver license inside. After calling this place back a day later, I was able to retrieve my lost items back with everything intact, including cash! This is the testament of ethics and management. Thanks again.

McDonald's is great! Love it so much! Wouldn't eat it very much because it's not healthy but once in a while it's a good treat!!!

Quick pit stop after crossing the border farther east over the Seaway International Bridge between Cornwall, Ontario and Massena, New York.

The bathroom was clean, and the organization of the in house ordering and pick up system seemed to be working fairly well. It does depend on the eyesight of the workers there, as my order number 336 was read as 338 by the dude in the new McD's ballcap. I watched as the 338 people went through my bag and realized they were looking at the wrong order. I thanked them for checking for me, as I reached to relieve them of my lunch.

Nothing outstanding about the burger or lemonade. Mickey D's is Mickey D's.

Still, despite the small mix up there was something reassuring about being welcomed back to the States with the warm blanket of the Golden Arches.

Extremely slow and the employees are unknowledgeable of their own menu. They had plenty of staff working, just poor management abilities. It took nearly ten minutes to get an egg McMuffin. They were more concerned with their socializing when I initially walked in than acknowledging my presence to ask me what I wanted to order

NO WAY this burger was meat!! Disgusting... dry... tasteless!! The three starts were for the service at the windows that was great, though I won't be back.

Really nice McDonald's. recently rebuilt. Wifi, TV's and tons of plug-ins to charge electronics if you are a traveler passing by.
