For some reason this mcdonalds and some others like to mess up doordash orders or uber eats orders

Order is always wrong, I have to wait a lot of the time as my order is not ready, fries are cold. Never seem to want to give a receipt.

Just here to say the new sauces are delicious sweet & spicy jam Berry flavor with a kick and Mambo is sweet and vinegary with a kick! Both not too hot but just right ...

TL:DR STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE!!!

This is the worst McDonald's in the Tri-State. I ordered food online, showed up at 10:45 , checked in, paid, then when I got to the drive thru window they told me the store was closed. YOU JUST CHARGED ME! Make my food or give me my money back plain and simple right? Well not at this McDonald's. I never got my refund and I never got my food. On top of this; the last time I visited this McDonald's prior to this debacle, I ordered a burger with everything on it EXCEPT onions. What comes through that window? Bun, onions, patty, buns. They took everything off the burger except for what I specifically told them not to! Worst McDonald's experience ever. Would give you a 0/5 if possible

I wish there was a way to give this McDonald's zero stars, because that's what they deserve. Consistently the worst McDonald's experience I have ever encountered. Incompetent, rude employees. Low quality food, and long waits. If you want to be super frustrated, head on over. Otherwise, spend a few minutes and drive to a nearby McD's and save yourself some serious frustration.

This location reached an all-new low yesterday when I stopped for nothing more than a cup of coffee (I normally LOVE the McCafe coffee!) I ordered a "medium coffee with three creams and two sugars". What I got when I popped the lid after back getting on the road resembled an employee's partially consumed coffee that maybe got shuffled into the prep area. The level of the coffee was about an inch beneath even the fill-line (so only a little more than half-full), and with barely any creamer or sugar, if at all. I work second shift as a driver so this was my first coffee of the day and it was a real disappointment to see the apparent apathy with which it was prepared. I even took a photo of it right after removing the lid because I wanted to show my co-workers who often stop at this location like me for pre-trip food and drink.

I realize that a $1.48 cup of carelessly made coffee is the definition of a "First World complaint" but at this particular location, it's par for the course, and I've grown tired of things never improving there. It's too bad, too, because it's so convenient to where I start my workday. Wonder how other chain franchises like Chick-Fil-A and Wendy's can get it so consistently right in all respects, but this franchise (and several other locations in NoKy, I might add) routinely drops the ball.

This is the only store in the area, but it hardly excuse the lack of cleanliness and lack of employees. At any given time, this store will have zero employees at the counter and many in the parking lot smoking. Surfaces look like they haven't been scrubbed for years. God forbid you want an ice cream ... the machine is broken about 95% of the time.

This Mcdonalds is the worse one in the tru state. that always have you pull up and wait no matter what you order. I order 2 happy meals and a cheeseburger meal. Nothing crazy. They had me pull up in one of the spots to wait for your food. It took another 15 minutes to get my food and the French fries and nuggets were ice cold. I didn't have the patience to go in since I had a 5 and 6 year old with me. I promise I will never go here again and it is right around the corner from my house

This is a review on the customer service and not the food.

I don't normally go to McDonald's but my cousin wanted to pick up some burgers for her husband and son so we went through the drive-thru.

She ordered 4 plain McDoubles so we had to wait for them to be prepared. The wait wasn't long, maybe a few minutes. But the McDoubles weren't plain so we had to send them back.

Waited about another 3 minutes for the new plain McDoubles. The manger brought out the burgers and gave her 4 coupons: 2 for a free sandwich of her choice and 2 for a free soft drink or coffee.

Definitely impressed by that. Most fast food places would not have had the manager deliver the food nor would they have also given coupons for future orders.

Note: My cousin hadn't complained nor voiced any displeasure. So for the manager to be proactive and show excellent customer service says a lot about how this manager feels about his restaurant and the service provided.

Ordered thru Door dash and the driver got there quick and waited 30 minutes for our food. Received no spicy buffalo sauce with our 20 piece Nuggets and no ketchup packs for our 2 orders of fries. So tired of not getting our order correct. However if you order extra tarter sauce on a fish or extra Big Mac sauce they don't forget to charge extra for it but they do forget to put it on. Just don't care or are they instructed to do these mistakes???????
