The service at this location has to be one of the worst in Harlem. There was only 2 employees working on a Saturday night and they were being incredibly unprofessional and lazy. There were over 8 food delivery workers waiting outside the service window. When the food was prepared the employee placed the bags of food on the floor. My food should never be placed on the floor.

This has got to be the most careless and thoughtless act from an employee I have ever experienced. How can one forget the beef patty on not one but two Big Macs. This definitely will be the one and ONLY time I come to this McDonalds.

Thank you for charging me full price for my meal that did not deliver! If you don't serve anything but breakfast past 4 then please don't waste my time and money & just cancel my order instead or charging me for everything and delivering just the mediocre fries and warm drinks!!!!!!!!

I'm so glad they closed off the damn dining room! Now UPGRADE it. I wrote my last post 5 years ago, and the mcfuckery is still the same. wtf is goin' on? If you come to this location from 12am on, oh you a know-when-to-hold-em, know-when-to-fold-em kinda gambler, cause you're asking for it. They're notorious for being closed during those times, even though they're 24 hours ALLEGEDLY.

It's a nightmare going in this store. Between the insane amount of drug addicts and homeless people that come by the store and hang out in the lobby, they be doing drugs in there and the bathroom, multiple times having sex in the bathroom as well or even harassing customers for money. The service is always slow since the entire staff will be more busy yelling at each other, moving at a snail pace, laughing and joking around and overall just wasting people's time. Their managers are the absolute worst. From whoever is on the floor to their GM Asia Lee. They always have an attitude and are ready to either snap at each other or at a customer over nonsense. You can always pick them out cause they are none in uniform and always look like they have a chip on their shoulder. Don't waste your time calling Asia's Supervisor Orlando Perez either because he never answers his phone and will send any unknown numbers to voicemail instantly. I have only eaten there a few and will never go back there ever again nor will I recommend it unless it's a last resort choice. If you're not a fan of being hassled by homeless people, long wait times for something as quick as a coffee, attitudes while ordering your food, being talked about and disrespected in Spanish like people can't understand them or having your food just slapped together then avoid this store at all costs.

Only give 3 stars because McDonald's is one of the only major food cops that has many black owners and has jobs for many blacks (although low paying).

Problems: Food not healthy, prices 150% too high. This location has mostly rude staff.

McDonald's and KFC are staples for black and other poorer groups. So prices shouldn't be through the roof and food should be more healthy otherwise you're killing your customers with junk fast food.

I rather KFC but their locations are usually very dirty in the hood but again food not healthy although prices are better. McDonald's locations are much cleaner than KFCs.

Hello I want everyone to know . The McDonald's located at 444 lenox Ave.
This is to inform you customers, not to buy anything from this location between the hours 11 pm to 7 am.
They served me cold hamburgers and when I told them they were unpleasant

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered the value pack meal on seamless and it should come with 2 Big Macs 3 fries 3 drinks and a 20 piece nugget. First of all the restaurant is forcing you to upcharge by removing the option for soda on the drinks and only giving you the options for milkshakes. The order is an hour late and they ONLY deliver the dinks. A 30$ order and they bring 3 drinks. Okay really frustrating because they kept lying and saying it was 5 min away for 45 min but whatever. We give them the benifit of the doubt and order again. After the food is an hour late again THEY DO THE SAME THING. It's been over 3 hours and I have 6 milkshakes and no food. Going to bed hungry and frustrated tonight.

This is the worse location that I have been to. I live close so I have been there a few times. They always take so long to give the food. I will say this time I talked to a manager she was nice and worked on my order right away. I think that this location needs to be better prepared or better management.

I walked into this McD's around 2:00 am and there was a Spanish guy working the register. He greeted me and asked how he could help. I ordered 2 Big Mac's and a large fries. He informed me that therebwas no special of the 2 for $5 which I replied I didn't know that was a special. He said Oh! cause everybody been asking today why we didn't have the special. I told him his day must have been really rough. As I know some customers can be very loud, rude and disrepectful to employees when something has changed.

He was so nice and we chatted a bit as he went behind to make my order. He has a great head on his shoulder and is a prime example on how to treat customes. I wish I got his name.
