I love, love, love this McDonalds. 9/10 when I order from this location my food tastes fresh & my order is accurate. They are human too so they forget things sometimes but have no problem correcting the issue. I come here at least 2x a week to get cookies & the lady at the window is so polite and friendly!

They charge $.53 per additional condiment but somehow struggle to get orders right on a regular basis. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Such a waste!

THIS PLACE SUCKS THEY ARE RUDE TO Customers. They were missing our food and we went back in to ask for the missing food and they said rudely you got everything that you paid for even tho We were missing one McChicken. threw our food in our bag had the burger unwrapped multiple burgers unwrapped in our bag. Also, food was cold and tasted Nasty tasted like it was left out for more than two hours.

Still slow service not very friendly at this store
They try to hand you ice cream or drinks before your food hard to receive it that way

Ordered this and it came with a peace of trash and a hair attached.

Lately I've had a disappointing experience here. Twice in the last 2 weeks I've gotten a bacon biscuit with LESS than a whole piece of bacon on it. I was going to ask for extra bacon today but it was 1.79?! I'm afraid I may have to start going to the new Country Barbecue down the street where I know I'll get a decent amount of bacon on my biscuit. On a better note, the young lady at this drive through is ALWAYS kind and pleasant!

If I could give zero stars I would. I frequently go to this location because it's close to my house, and it's my son, and I thing we do after his football practice once a week. EVERY week I'm reminded of why I dislike them and if it wasn't for it making my son happy I WOULD NEVER patronize. As an experiment I went to this same location everyday for 10 days straight to order two Oreo McFlurries, and everyday for TEN DAYS STRAIGHT I was told the ice cream machine was down, today I was so sick of it I said of course it is, and the drive thru worker responded "uhhh yea it is". What is the point of having something on your menu that can never be ordered.

This Mcdonald's has been the worst I've discovered so far. If I could give it 0/0 stars, I would. I order over $30 worth of food and 2 coffees that I ordered with specific sugar and cream (I even went inside to order because they wouldn't answer in the drive thru) but they gave me just plain BLACK coffees after I sat there and explained to them what I wanted in the coffee. The workers are just uncaring and rude to their customers.

Your response to corona virus, shutting down the dining areas completely, shows you do not consider your customers. They have all gone to Country BBQ and probably never return I know I won't. I see all the people that used to come to the McDonalds North Main, Plank Road and Loop Mall locations at Country BBQ now. They are as disgruntled with your response as I am.

I love McDonalds I can't help it - their mcchicken with a small fry and a large sweet tea is my go to. Quick and cheap and hits the spot. Doesn't help my fat gut though - getting married soon so I've got to stop eating but its soo good ugh!!
