INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST.

I called this location five times and not a single answer- mind you the calls rang for three minutes with no message machine. How does a manager not answer back to back calls? I couldn't even inquire about my incorrect AND incomplete DoorDash order that I received by their incompetent workers. The bag was perfectly sealed and handed to me by the dasher. Not only did I pay EXTRA for condiments that I never received, I also paid extra for a smoothie and received an iced tea. I recommend to NOT order delivery from this location as I had stated already, they're too incompetent to do it right. I work graveyard and this really sucks. Big to the graveyard manager there that worked and left the morning of 02/25/2024. Couldn't even have the time of NIGHT to simple answer the phone. Time stamp in screenshot. McDonald's is so fuxking easy bro how the fxck are they this incompetent. Do they even understand the word 'incompetence'? Lmao.

Took long enough for 2 mcchicken,I'm a patient person but they had me waiting in there for over 15 minutes other than the waiting time good food.

Mcdys is Mcdys. Standard layout and cheap food. Stopped by to get a happy meal for someone and popped in here since it was on the way home. Busy here, but they had decent amount of parking. Just be careful when entering and exiting out of this establishment, people come through both ways, regardless of where the arrows point. Especially if you're in drive-thru.

I didn't appreciate how rushed the service was, she kept interrupting me when I wanted to adjust my meal. I get it, it's a fast-food. But I don't appreciate when you yell in my face. The waitress yelled between taking my order and calling on other people's order. I don't mind if you yelled orders and stepped to the side, but to yell straight into my face and then continue to ask if I want nuggets or a hamburger. But hey at least you had a smile on while doing it.

This location has terrible customer service. EVERYTIME I have gone they can never give you your food through the window. They will always make you pull forward and wait regardless if there is anyone behind you, making your wait time longer than it should be. Today I placed my order at 1:00pm at 1:14pm I finally got off my car to check my order. There was only one car ahead of me when I placed my order. My order was a 6piece chicken nuggets, small fries, medium fries and a small hamburger -- That's it!!! When I went in I asked to speak to the manager, he brushed me off and told them to get my order. NO APOLOGY. This has happened so many times and every so often I try and give them a chance, since its convenient in relation to my place of work. This will be the last opportunity I gave them. They need better trained employees beginning at the top.

I asked for a plain cheeseburger and ended up with a plain hamburger wrapped in the yellow paper as if it was a cheeseburger. Not sure what's so hard about putting a patty with a slice of cheese between two pieces of bread. Beyond disappointed.

Ok, I am only reviewing this establishment because this is about the third or fourth time they get my order wrong at the drive thru. I don't know if it's a language thing but seriously, I always get at least one wrong item, and the staff is in such a rush all the time and very rudely slam the drive thru window closed after they hand you your order, so you have to get out of your car to complain if something is not what you order. Most of the staff is young people either from Juarez or whom are not used to functioning in English; you very often hear them joking around and talking in Spanish when ordering inside.

I would have given it ZERO stars if allowed to. Avoid this location if at all possible.

Orders commonly wrong and they never give straws in drive thru.

Clean and low noise level for a McDonalds. Its inside a Wal-Mart so the long narrow shape may help with the accoustics. Its not freezing cold like some are. Its really busy so the food is always fresh from the cooker, but ive never had trouble finding a seat.
