McDonald's

So I have been slowly trying to not get any fast food. However, we stopped on our road trip for a quick bite. Too bad it wasn't that quick.

We showed up and the line was super long for the drive thru so I thought going inside might be faster. I was wrong. I should've stayed in the drive in. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food.

The food itself was your standard McDonalds. Nothing to write home about. Breakfast there seems to always be better and more consistent than some of their other food.

McDonalds has gone downhill with their service pretty quickly over the last few years. It's a good thing I don't go very often anymore.

By far the worst McDonald's franchise in Buffalo. Staff are rude, service is slow and disrespectful to customers. Ownership should be ashamed.

The lazy workers of McDonalds at this location decided to close up earlier than advertised. In conclusion I didn't not get my 10 piece. Can't believe this place.

It seemed pretty good for a McDonalds directly across for the airport. I decided to dine in to get the fill Ronald McDonald experience. The sweet tea was really good, but eventually they ran out.

Fast and friendly service whether you want breakfast, lunch or dinner.I ordered the sausage , egg & cheese breakfast sandwich it was very tasty.Lunch or dinner come back for the big macs, nuggets, fries, ice cream cones or pies , you'll find something to satisfy your hunger.

Serving speedy service with a smile , you can oder breakfast, lunch or dinner.For breakfast I ordered the sausage, egg & cheese sandwich, it was very good.Lunch or dinner time you can enjoy burgers, chicken sandwiches or nuggets, fries, pies or cones, keep me coming back for more.

This establishment of McDonald's is a disaster. Took almost 30 minutes for a sit down order which was missing numerous items. Definitely do not go to if possible. Limited food options on this road but worth looking for something else.

Absolutely nice location being right next to the airport. But, the worst service and delivery that I never expect from such a reputable establishment. 7 or 8 employees working but no one at the register to take orders from a line of 6 ppl waiting. A few left and then after waiting 20 minutes someone tells, we are not taking credit cards today. No shakes, no parfaits, and no coffee drinks except regular coffee.
If you guys can't run it, please give this one to me if you dont wanna make any money from this location.

Thank you so much for having a working soft serve machine when we visited! (The McD's that we stopped at prior to this one didn't have a working ice cream machine.... sad face!)

Anyway, I do not know your name but much thanks to the drive thru person for serving such an awesome soft serve cone! It is probably the biggest and fattest vanilla soft serve cone that I have ever received from a McDonald's.

Talk about bang for the buck!

What a Rude place a lot of joking no work flip flops for shoes man what a dirty place scary

The gave my order to drive through and a person went in bag they thought it was a joke

I asked for a new order was treated rude

Manager has no control of crew

They really need to be looked at by someone as they are going to get people hurt

When I say this is a real joke,dirty and manager has no control that I mean

I went there two days before and great service but today with this crew never again and I say be carful be carful be carful as the crew and manager needs training
