McDonald's

This location has its pros and cons, it's not great but not terrible either. The building itself is pretty sharp and modern, also clean. The drive-thru and service are usually fairly quick (3-5 minutes) and most of the employees are great. The one General Manager Hope is kick-ass at her job. She always knows how to make my coffee just right and she's excellent in customer service. The only thing I really don't like about all McDonalds locations is that their coffee or McCafe machines are always "broken" or "down at the moment", I usually only get a coffee about 3 times out of 10 at this location. They could use some new machines or training in that field but when I do get it the coffee is pretty damn good. I would recommend this place to just about anyone, it's decent.

Had to clean our own table...no trash can...food was warm, not hot and probably not fresh. Ick.

kalob is the best window employee to have, he has great talking skills and is really cool. also he made sure my food was good and warm.

bought 3 cokes from here. The staff was friendly and they got my order correct. This was a nice McDonald's.

I ordered from the McDonald's on east wheeling Avenue on Sunday the 14th the sandwich was so greasy the whole container was soaked through that it left a stain on my car seat most of the catch-up was on the bottom of the container instead of on the sandwich somehow it looks like they took the sandwich smash down the lid on top but the sandwich was upside down in the box horrible the help was nice it was sufficient service or speedy I should say but quality lacked.

It took 19 minutes to get two happy meals, and chocolate chip cookies. When they finally brought our food, the girl delivering it was vaping. This McDonald's is constantly slow and unprofessional.

Service was crap and they messed up all the orders. Granted we had a large order but when we went to get the rest of the food they forgot, they told us we were wrong and that we didn't order it.

Ordered an iced tea and a cheeseburger iced tea passed through the window asked to pull forward and wait for the cheeseburger. This should be a McDonald's staple can't believe I had to wait for product that they should have ready and available 24 seven. McDonald's let's go back to basics cheeseburgers and soft drinks leave the steaks and salads to the professionals. Only had to wait just over three minutes no there were four vehicles ahead of me in the drive-through do you think that was a time to have a cheeseburger ready.

Decent enough place I guess. Order usually a double cheese burger and a small pop or chicken sandwich. Kid today took my order on Friday 2/3 @ 5:30. Total came to 2.92. Gave him a twenty and he starts counting back singles which I told him I didn't want. Kid just kept right on counting like he didn't hear me. Gave me a dumb look. Bad customer service move.

This place is awful. The service is rude and slow. They charge paying customers for water, which is just wrong. There's a Burger King and Wendy's at this exit- go to either of those places before here.
