McDonald's

We stopped at this McDonald's on our way home from Augusta. I have to say this is one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the ladies room to begin with. My husband said the same thing and there was no soap in the men's room. We ordered french fries and something to drink. The floor in the main dining room was covered with french fries, tissues, food everywhere. Looking back into the kitchen, there was food all over the floor. We ordered two apple pies. Both were served ice cold, right out of the refrigerator. That was the first and will absolutely be the last time we ever stop at this McDonald's.

Me and my friend that I was taking home and he asked could we stop and get something to eat and I said yes. Needless to say, they bouched his order and he paid alot more than he should have for his food. Never again will we ever be coming here again.

there is mold on the sandwich i ordered. i am so disgusted and will not be going to any mcdonalds ever again.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! We didn't move in line for like 10 minutes need better service and more staff!! Really just don't even need to be opened!

If you're a night shift health care worker, or anywhere night time worker, don't expect them to help you stay alert. On my way to take care of or my Covid patients, I was told that 6pm was too late to order coffee. This is the third time I've stopped to order coffee. I thought they just ran out. I didn't know until the third visit we don't matter enough for them to push a button.

Waited 15 minutes at drive thru with no contact. Finally called the store at 7067939224 and was told that they didn't open until 6 today because the got there late. The website says 5. This is the third time this has happened to me at this location. The employee I spoke with didn't care and told me "I just getting here, chill, we be open at 6 man"

I came in to use the restroom and order a parfait. The parking lot was filthy trash all over the ground. The restroom was dirty trash dirty diapers left over night and smelled bad. I got to order the parfait and the manager stated they were out or didn't have any made and walked off. I asked the cashier if they were going to make any she asks the manager the says with an attitude "yea but its gone be a wait" and continued to do whatever she was doing. Didn't ask if i didn't mind waiting or if there was anything else I may be interested in having..nothing. I left. Ill go to another McDonald's from now on.

I only come here for breakfast. I love McDonald's hazelnut iced coffees. As far as the wait time in the drive thru, that's another story. Most days are certainly better than others. That's why I gave the restaurant 4 stars..

Won't be going back I got into a verbal altercation with a very rude employee at the drive through they are ridiculous at that place never seen so many children with attitude in my life but that reflects on the management to. I haven't went back since and don't plan on it Chick-fil-A is the best

I gave one star because I have to put something down. Do not ever go here! I ordered 2 biscuits and two mcgriddles and only received one mcgriddle. Also there are some sneaky charges for the bacon and cheese when that already comes on it. We did not order extra anything! Never coming back fuck this so called resturant!
