One of the best rest stops we had, very relaxing and nice to stop and shake the dust off. Don't let the location fool you, very nice and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer but the road was calling.

We stayed here in our travel trailer on our way to Yellowstone NP. You check in at a Chevron gas station. The attendant took our $29, my name and driver's license number (did not ask what state). She said most of the sites are 50 amp only but we found several 30 amp sites that were unoccupied. Gravel roads and site pads with grass and weeds between sites. Water, electric and sewer hookups were fine. No cable tv or wifi. Water spigots are shared between every other site so bring a wye for the hose bib. We did not need the wye as the park was only about 1/3 occupied and we did not have anyone next to us. The only other feature of this park is a shower/restroom/laundry building. We did not use the laundry. The men's room needed a little cleaning but was OK. Showers were OK too.
The park was quiet and has a great view of the mountains across the valley. Also, nearby wildflowers were a plus. We would stay here again if passing through.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
