Marco's Pizza

I am a regular customer, when I called in to place an order I was on hold for 20 minutes & was hung up on. Th n when I called back I again was on hold for 10 mins & finally answered when I placed the order I was told hour to an hour & a half. When I inquired why he replied in an I don't care attitude he said that's the way it is. Very disappointed Management should train their employees to treat their customers with respect.

We are so incredibly grateful for Marco's.
During the power outage in Texas, my husband & I had been without a hot meal for two days. We were okay, but we have elderly neighbors who were without power as well & also had not eaten. We ventured into town & saw Marco's was open. They gave us an estimated wait time of an hour and 45 minutes. Totally understandable as they were one of a few restaurants open & we knew they were slammed with orders. They ended up getting our entire order made in just 45 minutes.

We waited in our truck & actually had someone come to our door and ask if we were waiting on an order. He's the one who told us it was ready an hour sooner than it was projected to be & he brought the entire order to us across the iced & snow covered parking lot.

I usually don't eat pizza as it's not my favorite, but honestly this was the best pizza I've ever had. I would choose Marco's over another big name chain any day!

Dining in at this location is not as good as delivery. The register attendant had facial piercings and a terrible attitude. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant and they didn't bother to call our order when it was ready so it sat for 15 minutes while it got cold. We had to go up to the counter and enquirer about our order and they said they called our name. I guess customer service is too much of an inconvenience for this business. We won't be back.

They are Awesome! Great food and fast! I highly recommend. Domino's left me on hold 45 mins after they canceled my order due to no pasta. Marco's came super fast to save the day!
