I went to Maggie Mcfly's for the first time on Saturday and I'm going say the food is really good. The nachos came loaded with chicken, veggies, and a nice amount of cheese. The fish sandwhich comes with 2 fillets, lettuce, and tomato. The fish was nice and flakey, and the coleslaw added flavor to it. I would try to make the portions smaller though because the fish was to big. I had to take apart the sandwich to eat it. The restaurant was clean, and had two floors so they had plenty of seating. Service was good they asked for our drink right away and food came out in a decent amount of time. The one bad thing to say about the place is the prices are too expensive I probably won't eat here often. Other than that everything else was really good.

I am a frequent patron of Maggie Mcflys and at numerous locations throughout CT. This particular visit was of my typical experiences at Maggie's with good service, good atmosphere and great food. However, when it came time to pay the bill at the end of the evening my waitress Natalie came to the table to get the check and my credit card to pay the bill. After a bit of waiting, she came back and when I opened the check presenter only the receipt was in there, not my Credit card that I paid with. I asked my waitress where my card went to which she could not give me an answer other them "maybe it fell out, let me check". She returned later saying that she could not find it. She then told me to "just cancel it and get a new one". I was completely upset at the lack of regard for my situation not to mention I cannot understand how my card just disappeared from the register to the table. This credit card is also one of the heavy metal cards not the plastic cards, so I know from experience that if it drops to the floor, it is quite loud. I feel that she did not take the time to thoroughly look for the card, nor take any type of responsibility for its disappearance. Needless to say, the whole experience was something to be desired and put a bad taste in my mouth. I'm concerned with how this happens when it's the waitress job to take the payment and return it to the table, where did it get misplaced in the process. I do not think that I would personally return to this location after this encounter.

I have spoken to a manager on the phone the day after the incident. She was very rude on the phone. I had let her know about the situation from last night where a server ran my card to pay my bill then returned with receipts for payment but no card. She rudely cut me off and said "yea yea, we have it come get it whenever at the bar area". She made it seem as if I were the one who misplaced my card. That is unacceptable. She did not even apologize or offer any resolution to the situation. I will most definitely not be returning to this location. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review for any restaurant in my life. The bartender had ZERO personality. It took her 20 minutes to take our drink order (there were 8 people at the bar) It took another 10 minutes to take our food order. No SMILE, no PERSONALITY!! Ordered water and 10 minutes later got water. Barely ate my dinner and asked for it to be wrapped. Felt it necessary (for the 1st time in my adult life) to write a review on my receipt where we only left a 15% tip....only to find out she threw out my leftovers. She offered 1 1/2 hours later to replace my leftovers. Really Maggies!? Why would you allow her to be your head bartender/server??? So disappointed!! We are never coming back!

Always a favorite place to eat when in the area. The menu had a variety of items with lots of ability to substitute. I was able to easily order my fav garbage burger but with lettuce instead of a bun. My friend had the lettuce wraps with chicken.

This is a casual restaurant with a unique vibe inside. The ambience is really neat. I come here a few times a year for quick work dinners.
This is the restaurant that if you can't find something you want to eat.....you are incredibly picky. Their menu rivals a cheese cake factory with its breadth of offerings.
This last time we stated with the deviled eggs and Buffalo cauliflower. They are both solid but not exceptional. For an entree I had a spare rib in a house Cabernet sauce over butternut squash risotto. The risotto was excellent but the spare rib was over cooked and tough.

I went to this location of Maggie McFly's with my husband and another couple. We initially had plans to go to a different restaurant but once we got there, it was closed and decided to come here. We had a really enjoyable experience. The wait staff was intentive and refilled our drink. I felt like breakfast and it was during the brunch time on a Sunday so I got the French toast. I thought it was very good. My husband likes lobster so he got three lobster tacos. He was very happy with it. My friends husband got the tacos as well, however, he got two of the fried cod and one lobster. He thought they were all good but preferred the cod. My friend got this bowl with chicken and all these different things. She thought it was really good. She was only able to eat some of it and took the rest home for dinner. I actually would like to go back and try her bowl. Overall we were very happy with our lunch.

Their food is amazing. I had not been here before but I ordered their food for delivery. The delivery was amazing. It arrived early, everything was included and everything tasted great. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

The one thing I can say about Maggie McFly's Middlebury location is that despite the enormousness of their menu, the quality of the food is consistently good! I got the Ruben with a gluten-free cheese bun. OMG! It was out of this world! I've never had a cheese bun before, and they made a believer out of me. It was soft and fresh. The Reuben was made with Angus beef and it was juicy and cheesy with the zip of sauerkraut! My sweet potato fries were hot and crispy and went well with my Sauvignon Blanc.

Maggie McFly's food is absolutely amazing. They have the best Nachos of all time and extremely good ribs, pastas, burgers and so much more. They have a 24 page long menu and every single thing on it is great. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The service is also great with friendly and nice waiters and waitresses. The ambiance is also really really cool and has a plane hanging from the ceiling over the bar. A really cool and funky place with amazing food that I love to go to. I would extremely recommend.
