Lukas Wine and Spirits Superstore

Lukas Wine and Spirits is now Total Wine and More. GREAT selection of wines. The lady who worked in the wine section was very knowledgeable and helped me pick some new wines based on other bottles I like. She didn't make me feel like I was keeping her from her other duties....a rare find these days. Definitely worth the drive!

Love all the events at Lukas Wine & Spirits. This Rock N Roll Tequila event was top notch. It was a party in the parking lot and a mega tasting inside the store. So much fun.

Ever run 3 miles....to a liquor store for a whiskey tasting? Add that to my bucket list as completed. Lukas Wine and Spirits in Martin City which is really south Kansas City, sponsors a lot of races and events in the area. They sponsored a run with a whiskey tasting. I'm no whiskey drinker so this may have been my first time to drink straight whiskey. They had a great presentation. We tried atleast 10 types of whiskey and they explained every single part of the producing of whiskey that I would care to know. What got me was their knowledge of their products. They loved talking about what they sell. I'm not much of a fan of straight alcohol of any kind so it was an experience for me. Lukas Wine and Spirits are a huge part of the Martin City area, polished and smooth like the liquor they sell.

5 stars. Hard to say more. Hard to find things but usually a staffer to help. Awesome selection and very competitive pricing. Well done.

Paradise with a grand selection! No sampling on a Sunday but I was hoping to find different beers in MO than we can get on the KS side ... and we DID! So fun to see different breweries just across state lines. My ideal weekend shopping spree!

Let me into the high roller liquor room and never let me out. If you're shopping for a seriously special occasion, this would be a go to suggestion for rare and limited release bottles.

Thank goodness for the staff to help you navigate that enormous wine selection! Make sure you save up your dollar bills because you can potential go bankrupt in this store. Not from the prices, don't get me wrong, but the mere fact that you will want to take them all home with you!

I came here because I liked my experience at other Lukas liquors. This place is very large and has a selection for everyone. The staff is friendly, but you will need to seek help if you are looking for something. Occasionally, they will reach out as they are stocking. They recently added an allocation room for those who are interested in more hard to find choices. You have to ring the bell to go inside and they will supervise you, but not in a scary way. It's usually a good way to start up conversation about what's inside. The allocation room is mostly limit 1 so that everyone has a chance to grab one which I think is fair. In terms of pricing, I feel it has gone up a little bit since my experience from other locations and coming here, but it is still reasonable and comparable to other liquor stores. If you are a spirits fan or beer connesuir, this place is for you

First visit to Lukas Liquor was a homerun! Was searching for a special wine and had spent the weekend calling around to other liquor stores for help. The friendly team member on the company's Facebook page was able to confirm inventory levels ahead of my trek across town.

This South Kansas City location has ample parking and is a few minutes drive from the major interstate.

The business is massive! They have the widest selection of wines, spirits and mixers.

Although it's a 35 minute drive from my side of town, they carry a hard to find product which I am now madly in love with.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I had trouble locating the unique wine. Their team members were visible and knowledgeable. I was taken directly to the place where the wine was displayed.

Looking forward to another trip to this business. Hopeful they will open a place in the northland.

Lukas Martin City has a great selection of bourbon and whiskey. One of their managers, Brittany, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always has great recommendations on good values and great bottles. Thanks to her and the entire store staff. I will definitely keep coming back for more!

The worst service imaginable. Went in to the store purchase a keg because they don't know what they have on hand and received no help whatsoever.
