I received very good service from their phone support team. I am curious why they have a minimum number of characters. Don't you realize this type of requirement is an annoyance. I should be able to give a s long or short a review as I want. Seems like lazy programming on someone's part

Was there today looking to buy a fridge, washing machine, & dryer. No one would help me. I spent 20-25 minutes standing near the fridge I wanted to get and several employees walked by, sure to not make eye contact as they breezed past me. When I tried flagging down the gentleman at the desk, he picked up the phone, turned his back to me, and went back to typing on a smartphone I assume he thought I couldn't see in his opposite hand.
When I tried flagging someone down by the washers/dryers, two employees each saw me, looked back at the tablets they were carrying, and changed directions. I waited maybe 8-10 more minutes, hoping someone else would come around. No luck. Left the store and made my purchases elsewhere (Menards).
Been to this Lowes a few times in the last 4 months, and this has been the type of Customer Service they seem to have. I don't know if they just don't want to ring up/assist a woman, or if Lowes doesn't give a good enough commission for staff to consider it worth their time. On my way out, I had a staff person make a very rude remark to my friend that had come with me to shop today, about my friend's weight as we were walking past.
Also, the one display kitchen was COVERED with empty food containers, half consumed bottles of soda, and dirty napkins from I guess 9-12 staff having their meal on the service floor (I've done customer service/sales jobs before, you eat in the backroom & clean up after yourself).

I have multiple home improvement projects going on so I have been routinely going to Lowe's on an almost weekly basis. Being relatively new to the area (originally from CA) I was relieved to find out that are some excellent employees at this Lowe's location. David in flooring has been very helpful in assisting me with product recommendations and scheduling related services. Likewise, Adam has been an excellent source for information and helping me find what I need as well as making recommendations for lighting and electrical, he has helped me a ton with selecting ceiling fans, different outlets, covers, etc. Lastly, Chris has been a very valuable resource, he knows his section and products VERY well and every paint he has recommended has been a stellar choice. So many great employees at this Lowe's, these are just a few!

Nobody will help you I asked one of the employees if they were busy he said yes but wasn't doing anything then I ask a lady to page someone she did they never came

Nicest, most helpful staff. I'm new to town, came in to buy a major appliance, got treated like an old friend. Such a wonderful experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable. The store is clean and well stocked. I'm looking forward to shopping here again in the near future.

Well my neighbor bought a whole kitchen appliances from them. Not only did they scratch up her wood flooring beyond belief, her appliances showed up dented, scratched and now they are telling them that is her deal!!! I just bought my home here and will not be buying squat from them!!! I am sorry this is a older lady they are taking advantage of and if that is the way they are then they do NOT need my money. I will go back home and go to Menards or a Home Depot! My gift card to this crap box that I got from my realtor for $50 will go on eBay for 5 cents because they are not even with that!!!

Just worked with Ritch from install, and I couldn't have had a better experience getting my Whirlpool dishwasher installation set up. You could tell he took customer service very seriously, which is a pleasure on the consuming side. Thanks ritch!

I prefer driving the extra 2 miles to go to Lowe's rather then go to Home Depot. I recently bought 'cheap' carpet, pad, and install services from Lowe's and still am impressed by the job they did. Price was exactly where we needed to be. This location is usually moderately busy, clean, organized, and the people there are usually helpful as long as you can find an employee that's not already helping someone.

This is the closest Lowe's to my house. I really like the Pickup order in the store to save time and temptation in buying too much. The store guys are very helpful in whatever project I was on. Great help and service. Can't rate the price range. Only can rate the service.
