We had custom and standard entry and storm doors installed on two occasions throughout the years: great advice and job well done.
This year (2019), we ordered three appliances from the website on Black Friday and were promised a delivery of December 15th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We called in the morning to verify when the delivery might take place and received no conclusive answer except for a few helpful tips and answers to technical questions.
We called the appliance delivery department again in the evening since no phone call had been made to let us know about a delivery time. We then discovered our items had not even been shipped to the store as of yet. We mobilized the whole day for a delivery that never occurred and had no prospective date for delivery. In addition, we had disconnected appliances beforehand. If we had not called, we would have never known that the delivery would not take place as planned. We had scheduled a pick up to donate one of our appliances which now needs to be cancelled--once again more time lost.

Avoid this Lowe's location like the plague! my family and I contracted out with Lowe's to get a fence placed in the backyard( simple enough job, and, it goes done every year fairly quickly in our neighborhood). but Lowe's incompetence has shown no ends, the sale for the fence was entered into in March of this year and sits totally uncompleted as of this May! the store managerial staff have lied, given us the run around and has ordered the wrong parts at least twice if not more. so here my family sits with an uncompleted fence, wasted materials, and never ending excuse ( and we for sure got charged $10k, but, the fence has no completion date). DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! they'll snatch your money and not do the work

The incompetents at Lowe's sold me three appliances, but only set one up for delivery, mismarking the refrigerator and dishwasher for carry out. When contacted, the manager promised to rectify this Saturday morning, but didn't even put an order in. When I called to ask where my appliances were, I was told no one had arranged delivery.

I've come to the store Novosel hundred times and each time it just gets continuously worse. Are usually buy thousands of dollars worth of materials each time I visit and I'm always met with attitude at the cash register. Additionally, there is no one able to help when you're looking for things. things are always not restocked. Their return policy is not followed at all. They tried to give me store credit back multiple times even though I paid of cash. other times I paid with my debit card and asked for cash back only to be told that they didn't have enough cash in the store which was a complete lie. One other time they told me that they were going to give me all ones which I told them I was fine with, realizing that they're trying to be petty only to be told that they still didn't have enough money even though it was the beginning of the day. I had one of my friends come in and request the same thing and they were given cash in multiple denominations. It's no wonder to me why this place has such low reviews are. Unfortunately, most of those in the Cleveland area are very spread out but honestly it's worth the 15 to 20 minute drive to get to the next location because service is that much better. I've attempted to get Management involved multiple times only to realize that the problem is storewide and systemic to say the least. I begin to opt to just order things off of Amazon.

I waited 10 minutes to be helped at the paint counter. After the fourth or fifth automated "special assistance needed" page, I realized no one was coming. Guess I'll buy my paint elsewhere.

Now it's just basically self-service. If you ask an employee for a certain item, they just point and say something like "aisle 22 on the right" but when you get to aisle 22 you still can't find it or you need help getting it off the shelf OR the shelf isn't stocked with the item but there is replenishment stock in boxes on the TOP SHELF. So then you either go back and find another person and have them walk you to the aisle OR if you're tired of walking around looking for help, you can use ur phone to dial the store and request they send someone to help. When NO ONE SHOWS UP U can walk around store AGAIN or use ur phone to dial store AGAIN to have someone meet you. LIt would be great if that person who helped you then ask you is there anything else you need to find in the store that way you don't have to go through the same process as mentioned above for your next item which is exactly what happened to me the whole thing started all over again had to go find someone they pointed to the aisle I go to the aisle it's not there I walk around try to find someone can't find anyone I call the store have them have someone come over nobody shows have to call back finally some kid shows up and gets my item off the very top shelf from the replenishment stock. I could've gone on to Amazon and got free overnight shipping instead of going through this which is the very same thing that happens at Lowe's and at Home Depot

I bought a new washer/dryer online, and it was apparently assigned to this store. During delivery, the driver called to inform me that one of the units was unboxed and dented. He said the store told him that I bought it that way, which was a blatant lie. After refusing the damaged delivery, I had to call the main line twice over the next 3 days to find out what to do next. Today, the store finally called, and my two options were wait an unspecified amount of time for a new one (which is what I paid for) to come in, or take the scratch and dent floor model for 20% off.

Worst possible customer support. Colossally, inept sales people, phone handler's and management. absolutely do not try to do business with this outfit. Installation are impossible. Even that lowly one star is due to the absence of a zero star!

It's difficult to believe that a store can be this bad. It is perpetually understaffed and under stocked.
The lines are always long.
They kind of have you though because they don't have any nearby competition.

The service in this store, and especially the Window and Doors department is beyond deplorable. I have called the main number numerous times to address the failures to follow up, ship, and obtain quotes for my orders. They just let the phone ring without even picking it up. I got a live person on one call, and requested to speak with the store manager. No answer, no voicemail, nothing. I've had good experiences at other Lowe's stores. You should find one of them! If I could assign a negative number of stars, I would. The Bedford Heights Lowe's is consistently horrible.
I will say that Mark Coolidge in the Window and Door department is conscientious and responsible. I have found no one else in store who can be relied upon.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
