Anyone who's read any of my reviews knows that "you gotta love Love's". I'm a big fan of Love's Travel Stop (truck stops) and the one in Jeffersonville, OH is no exception. This one is on the west side of I-71 while the outlet mall and all the restaurants and fast ffod places are on the east side of I-71. That said, there's less traffic and congestion on this side of the interstate.
As is typical with most Love's, the c-store is large and will stockd,; the restrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was personable and professional - the service was very good.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Jun 19, 2022Previous reviewI haven't been in a Love's that I didn't like. Like most Love's, this place has a spacious parking lot; a large, well stocked convenience store; clean restrooms and is open 24/7.

Great place to refuel. Use bathrooms and stock up on snacks and travel essentials. Loves always has best selection in snacks and pop. Its also best option for girls to get right in to a bathroom without line.
They also have chargers. Ear buds purses. Ect.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 1 - Trish S.Louisville, KY01Apr 15, 2023
I am a woman in a hurry traveling to shower I was ankle deep in water when someone else's pubic hairs touched my leg and I got out wet not enough towels I had to dry off with my sweater and there was dried peep on the toilet seat and I couldn't pee and I got dressed and asked for a refund and star the manager there told me it's my problem I should have checked her work before I showered and she said it's my problem she allowed me to be exposed to bodily fluids based on the number of germs in this world and she refused to refund me $16 for putting my health and possibly everyones health in danger

Average Love's Truck Stop with plenty of choices. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Used the restroom and it was clean, definitely seen worse and better but nothing to complain about.
I like to get my fountain sodas from here because of the Styrofoam cups that keep my ice intact for hours. I just wish their prices were in better competition with Speedway.
They didn't have a huge sticker or postcard selection. I have a thing about postcards and stickers for my car.
We ate at the adjoining Hardee's so I bought now food here, but I did buy my soda.Helpful 9Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - 123 1.Northgate, Springfield, IL0107Feb 5, 2023
If you want to waste a bunch of time for pumps that don't work for DEF or Diesel then this is the place to be. This is the worst truck stop I've ever been to. I get a $1,000 in fuel and def almost every two nights and every single time I've been here it's been a headache. If your trying to make an appointment do not go here.

Wow, what a nice facility! Tried out the hardee's and it was great. Loves is one of the cleanest truck stop chains in the country. Take my word for it you won't be disappointed.

I've been to numerous Love's locations; this is my least favorite. Women's restroom had multiple flies in the stalls, auto-flush didn't work when exiting stall, rust on vanity hardware, and vanity was due to be wiped down. Purchased
2 hot dogs. Condiment bottle that I used (spicy mustard) was very dirty on the outside, and almost empty, so was nearly impossible to get any out of the bottle. All of the hot dogs and at least 1 sausage variety were behind the "still cooking' sign. I didn't have time to wait, so I took 2 of the hot dogs that supposedly weren't ready. To my surprise they were hot, so they clearly were ready, and should have been moved forward on the rollers so that they were available for customers. I lost my appetite after the unclean restroom and mustard bottle, but since I already took the 2 hot dogs, I of course paid for them. I disposed of them in the garbage can outside the exit because I didn't want to be rude. On a brighter note, the 3 staff members behind the counter were very welcoming and polite, as I've found with all Love's locations I've been to.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kelly S.Jamestown, OH98Mar 19, 2019
Could have been more friendly. Not every women who walks in is a lot lizard. And some of the employees could have better appearances. Grooming is a part of being a good employee. No one said anyone had to be perfect. But at least smile and be kind. And run a brush or a comb through your hair.
I'm sorry but if you are going to represent a company with sloppiness then may be you should at least be nice!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Robert J.Middleton, WI3089Dec 30, 2017
Men's room is out of order, they have an outdoor trailer that is essentially an oversize series of portajohns. I've been in campgrounds with better outhouses.

I'm a disabled professional driver. I walked in this establishment on account of my co driver alerting me of shower time at this location. As I get to the cashier who hands me my shower ticket. Keep in mind , I was polite not rude ' said thank you to her , as I proceeded to walk toward the shower room "SHE" yells out loud in front of co workers , customers in line . Saying she is tired of seeing people in sweats ' like people don't know it's 90 degrees outside. The morale of my complaint is as a person with a stoma in his neck that I have had since age one years old , or any person with a disability . issues insecurity's of life comes with your handicap. That being said I've purchased , items out of of this establishment Love's Trck stop , as well as other locations since I've started driving trucks, and 90 percent of the time the employees are rude ' disrespectful ' and anything bad you can think up . They definitely do not represent the name of the company before driving trucks I was a licensed barber, and one thing I took to heart. With love and respect for people. And I mean all people your business will be very successful. So with that being said Love's truck stop needs better employees or maybe that's how they train them them to be......
