Long John Silver's

My family and I arrived in the drive thru around 16:30 and was able to place our order at 16:37. Our tick number was 1871 for $26.24. We were not to pay for our food until 16:52 and then we had to wait for our order of 3 shrimp to cook. They handed out our order at 17:04. I asked to speak to the manager regarding this and the unrealistic delay and he simply stated that he was in the middle of a shift change and made no offer to correct the problem. He simply said "sorry about that" and sent us on the way. Most fast food restaurants strive for a drive thru time of 3 minutes or less. And after being blown off by the manager for our ridiculous delay, I do not see why I should spend my hard earned money at this establishment. I am truly disappointed in the service I received from this company.

3/2/17 My wife and I pulled up in the drive-through at 8:20 p.m. We had two cars in front of us, the first one already placing their order. At 8:31 we got the chance to place our order. My wife ordered a two piece fish meal with coleslaw and french fries. It took until 8:55 to actually receive our order. As soon as we pulled away, I had my wife taste a french fry to see if they were fresh. I was hoping they just had to make more food due to running out, to find a reason why it took so long for our order. They were old. When we got home she opened her little box of food to find the two pieces of fish were way over cooked. The only decent part of her dinner was the coleslaw. Even the hush puppies were over cooked and tasted like fry oil. We will never go back to this location again. Horrible food and service. I don't even like giving 1 star, they deserve less.

Bad food. Bad customer service. Ordered corn with my family meal. The bags the corn comes in were discolored and melted. Called the manager to complain. His response was to defend his crew and for me to drive back to the store and let my other food get cold to pick up more corn. I declined and hung up. He then proceed to call my house two more times to be harassing and argumentative. The only reason I give this one star is that the site will not let you post otherwise.
