      I didn't get what I ordered using DoorDash. I don't blame DoorDash they don't prepare the food

      Food is great just want what I order to be correct

      This is an average fast food place. Beer battered fish and sides, nothing special but it's good for what it is. For this particular location, skip the lobby and just do the drive-through. It's really old and in need of repairs. The employees in the drive through are friendly and the service at the drive-through is fast.

      After such a horrible experience at a Mexican restaurant down the street, the young lady and young man gave such a great customer service. They were prompt and just really courteous which is lacking in a lot of drive thru services lately. Loved the fish meal, will definitely go there again.

      Really good food, great customer service, and the smell is great. If I could I would give it 100/5 stars. People told me to get bbq when I told them but I said no, long John silvers.

      The last two times I have been to this Long John Silvers I have been shorted food. Last time it was a piece of fish. This time it was a piece of chicken. And for them to be cooking it fresh because they were so busy, the fish was over cooked. And you might say shorted one piece, big deal? But with the prices going up and up, feeding the family is important. One piece means someone get fat a full meal. And it has happened twice. I don't mind waiting a little longer to get all the food I ordered and not be over cooked.

      Four stars because I did not present to the restaurant; I had a DoorDash delivery.

      My order came to me exactly as requested. I did call after I placed my order to request crumblies as there's no way you request them through DoorDash. Again, I got exactly what I requested!

      Stopped here and went through the drive thru at lunch. It was 11am. I was in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. I would have backed out but there were cars behind me. When I got up to the window, nothing was mentioned about the wait. There had only been two cars in front of me. I mentioned I was concerned that they had been robbed or something and the person at the window just said no and handed me my food.

      The food, fish and chicken were awful. Tasted like it had been cooked in very old grease.

      Maybe they were having a bad day. But I won't be back.

      When I entered the store, I seen a video board which advertised an offer to add on 5 pieces of shrimp for $2.00.  I ordered a Cod Basket and asked to add on the 5 shrimp for $2.00.  The cashier advised me that they did not have that offer and that they could only offer add on of 3 shrimp for $2.09.  I stepped out of line and took a photograph with my cell phone of their advertised special and showed it to the cashier.  Her response was that the store owner would have to update the video board and that there was nothing they could do.

      I also ordered a small drink seeing how A&W Root Beer with real cane sugar was advertised.  When I tried to fill my drink, the Root Beer was not working.  I advised the same cashier who took no action.  I tried Dr. Pepper as a backup, it too was not functioning.  I tried Lemonade, same - not functioning.  I then asked the cashier for a clean cup because mine had syrup from three other attempts and she reluctantly handed me another cup, however the three choices of drinks offered to dine-in customers were the ones I was seeking.  I was never provided a drink from the fountain used to serve drive-thru customers.

      I cannot believe the experience I had!

      This place is a joke! If you ask for tarter sauce and vinegar you just get one! I ordered a shrimp & fish platter and two extra fish. I made sure to ask for tarter sauce and vinegar! Nope two tarter no vinegar! Is it really that hard? Second tine this has happened training seems to be needed!

      Geez..... What happened to this place?!
      I believe they re-fried old fish in old grease. It had a lot of burnt crumbling all over everything. Could not eat any of it except the coleslaw. It took about 15 minutes to get my order - I thought maybe it would be all fresh. Wishful thinking.....
