Q:
Do they serve keto foods?
A:
Assuming you mean specifically Ketogenic meals, I am not 100% sure. They do have vegetarian options if I remember correctly, but that's not to say that's on a Keto diet either… more

I can't say enough good things about Little Spice!
Their food is always consistently delicious, spicy, fresh, clean and refreshing. The cilantro, basil, lemongrass, onion, etc. are all perfectly balanced and mouthwatering. The chicken and beef are always tender with just the right amount of grilling to bring out the flavors.
I don't get to dine in much, but the restaurant is always clean, well staffed and serene.
The staff are super friendly, responsive to requests, and always make me feel like an old friend.
Their Larb Gai and Tiger Sweep appetizers are two of my favorites and never disappoint. The prices are super reasonable as well!
Make Little Spice one of your go to restaurants and you will not be disappointed either.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0May 20, 2023Previous reviewThe food was very good. Extremely spicy (as requested). The Tiger Sweep was cooked perfectly, with the nice lemongrass tanginess and the gentle crunch of the toasted rice. The soup was rich and flavorful, as well as piping hot. The green curry came out in a huge bowl, full of veggies and seafood. It was honestly enough for two people with leftovers. It was steaming hot, the seafood was delicious and tender, and the curry was creamy, delicately flavored and delightful. This was a fantastic first landing spot for trying Thai food in Maryland. The service was friendly, helpful and present but not overbearing. The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean, simply decorated and not overly loud. The icing on the cake was that the prices were super inexpensive compared to other Thai or Asian restaurants I have been to. So glad I stumbled on this one. I will be back for certain.

The food is always good here - plus we have a relationship memory here so it is always a win-win.
Today was the vegetable drunken noodle and the tofu little spicey. The place was hopping again tonight, with constant delivery/pickup orders, in addition to about 50% filled dining room and the ladies kept up with it all.
Sorry, forgot to take a pic, but yum!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jan 26, 2023Previous reviewStopped in tonight, birthday celebration.
Started by sharing the peanut garden salad.
I don't like super spicy food, this didn't have any pepper images as heat indicators next to it, though it does have "spicy" in the name, so it was a bit of a gamble...but if you don't gamble you can't win, and this is the big prize!
Just enough heat to get your attention and initiate a slow sweat, not enough to make you stop eating ( even for a heat-sensitive person like me ). Plus serving size is large, so took half of it home. - Dec 31, 2023
Both times that I've been here, I have not been disappointed. The restaurant is clean and easy to find. The first time we just had to walk over from our hotel and the 2nd time we drove. My coworker who has a Thai wife stated that this was good Thai food; not as good as he can get from home but good.
I ordered the same food both times. I had spring rolls and then chicken pad Thai. The spring rolls were great and for some reason didn't cause me any issues being gluten free. I might have just lucked out so be careful if you are gluten free and order them. The pad Thai portion is huge. I was not able to finish the dish either time. You are able to customize the level of spice in your main dish. You are able to taste the flavors beyond spice regardless of the level of spice.
Our waitress kept our drinks full. She made sure to keep track of our orders and did not have a problem giving us separate checks. I highly recommend this Thai restaurant and I know that if I'm back in the area, I will definitely be back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Diane S.Silver Spring, MD385250May 19, 2024
When I look for a restaurant, I focus on price, portion size, and flavor. This place offers exceptional value, generous portions, and outstanding taste. However, be aware that the dishes can be on the saltier side.

This is the best Thai food in the area and a hidden gem in my neighborhood. We eat here at least once every two weeks and food is consistently good whether we dine in or take out. Our go-to dishes are the drunken noodles, Pla Sam rod, and basil fried rice. Pla Sam Rod is fish fillet in an amazingly tangy, sweet, and spicy sauce, which is also stands alone great on white rice. Even though the place is called "little spice," don't be afraid to ask for the "mild" version of the plates they serve; they don't hold back on flavor or spice in this spot. Inside the restaurant is open concept and the tables are spaced apart; the waitresses are quick and attentive. Ambiance is modern, cozy and pleasantly decorated without being over the top. I also like the open style booth seating up against the back walls. We will be coming back again and again.

Little Spice is a clean, cozy and friendly neighborhood Thai restaurant perfect for a quiet dinner or small groups. The waitstaff is friendly and professional. Water was topped off often and we were checked up on frequently.
The food is excellent. Portions are very big and quality is high. The tofu pad Thai had hints of sweet, salty and sour without having any of the flavors too overpowering. My companions also liked their dishes (green curry and drunken noodles with pork). Prices are very reasonable, especially with the amount of food I've is getting.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 73732Aug 13, 2023
This is a nice quaint restaurant, there enough space where you don't feel crowded. Started off with crispy spring rolls they were good, next I had the Chicken Thai Galangal Coconut soup it was very flavorful, the sweet Coconut milk and the spice gave it that great heat and sweet combo. The chicken was a bit chewy but still very good. Overall on of the best soups I have had. We had Druken noodles with chicken. They were really good as well, again the chicken was a little chewy. The Pad Thai chicken did not disappoint either. Service was good. If you happened to be in the area and want to try some Thai food, I recommend going here. I will be going back to get some of that great flavor.

Very fresh and the price is super reasonable. After being baited to a food truck, we rerouted to this spot and the food here did not disappoint. The spring rolls tasted like they are straight out of the deep fryer and the pad Thai was made to perfection. The service was quick and even tho we threw in 3 credit cards when the bill came out, it was a smooth process. The ambiance is decent and they have seats.
