Little Caesars

This is the worst Little Ceasar's I have ever ordered from!!! The same guy that is always there is rude and has the worst customer service I have ever seen!!! He should not be working in customer service!! He's ignorant, rude, cold, snappy and just a disrespectful miserable person. If you don't want your day ruined by a not so pleasant person, don't go to this location.I made a precious review about a different little Ceasar's in Lombard which had exceptional customer service and didn't realize I gave this crappy location the undeserved credit.

Mohammed was very fast at packing the orders very good customer service, he didn't stress out with the amount of customers in the store and food was fresh and warm

OK I get that this is only Little Caesars but it was difficult to make an order. Phones off. When I went in there, so you cannot order over the phone you can only order online or in person....The crazy bread was OK but the pizza literally tasted like some kind of chemical both in taste and smell and actually is making me sick.

Sadly, I needed a very quick meal, but I won't make that mistake again !

Ordered a Classic Cheese and was charged for the 'extramostbestest' version. I told the rep that I ordered a Classic cheese which is 5$something and he responded that there's no such thing and that prices have increased. Guy at the counter is a straight face scammer trying to hustle couple extra dollars out of every customer for the 'extra' topping pizza.

Protip : if you MUST order here, Check your receipt before you leave!

Little Caesars, I think, is generally underrated when it comes to pizza joints. Not only are they on par with the "bigger names" (the ones who advertise more... Pizza Hut, Domino's) but they will make you a pie MUCH more quickly.

I called ahead to place an order and the guy seemed a tiny bit confused (I guess most place orders online). Nevertheless, he took my order and told me it'd be ready in ten minutes. Ten minutes! I barely had enough time to find my keys and climb into the car and I was already going to be late!

While waiting in line to pickup my order there was another woman waiting who asked what pizzas they had ready to go in their "hot and ready" oven. He told her cheese only and she remarked that she'd like pepperoni. After being informed that he could make her one fresh in just 6 minutes she declined and left. My mind was boggled... 6 minutes is incredible for a fresh pizza!

And not only will the pizza match the level of service here, which was stellar, but don't forget about the Crazy Bread - a fan favorite for decades. There's just something about that bread and that sauce...

If you're in a pinch and need a quick dinner, or you're just looking for some solid pizza, give LC a ring or just pop in. You won't be waiting long before you're devouring some tasty pizza that doesn't set you back too deep in the wallet. I've been a fan for years and this location couldn't make me any happier (given how close they are to my home).

When I saw we had a Little Caesars so close to our new home, I was so excited! Little Caesars holds a special place in my heart from my childhood, from the special (rare) occasions our parents would order us pizza. Sadly, the poor reviews are pretty accurate. They advertise a promotion for a free 2 liter with the order of 2 pizzas when you order thru their app. We downloaded the app but this location was not listed as an option. But when you go into the store, the walls are plastered with "use our pizza portal! download the app, skip the line!", so something is missing here... it might have something to do with the fact that none of their TVs work too. It might be a whole system glitch.

We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza (regular would've been fine), plus an order of crazy bread. We were charged the 'extra mostbestest' price as well. But I'm not sure what the regular prices should be these days, since the ordering screens were out! The pepperoni pizza did have a ton of pepperoni on it, and for $6 is a fine value, but I didn't think the cheese was extra cheesy. The pizzas were lukewarm at best too, but they were ready when we ordered.

The store has a hectic feel- the cashier kept running back to cut and box pizzas, and left us awkwardly in the middle of our transaction. And no, from cash register to pizza and back again, I didn't see any gloves go on or hands being washed.

So much for my excitement, I don't think we will be back.

I went to the Little Caesar's location on Roosevelt and ordered 2 specialty pizzas. The guy handed me 2 pizzas that were already made in the heating oven. I told him I think he gave me the wrong pizzas and he assures me the ready to go pizzas are the extra most bestest ones. So I leave and call another location and they confirm he gave me the cheaper pizzas. I go back in and told him I was told otherwise and he starts going off on me calling me a "f'ing b*tch." Mind you, I am with my daughter when all of this is happening. Just wanted to make others aware. We'll be calling corporate tomorrow (they are closed now) but I'm sure they won't do anything so wanted to make the public aware.

Everytime I try to order through the phone the cashier tells me in a bad attitude to order online.They lost my business!it didn't happened not only once but twice!I'll just be going to Dominoes from now on.

This place ripped you off charges you for extra month best only gives you regular. I can't believe how shady they are just to earn an extra dollar for every Pizza. Because of that I'll never return to this location ever again just over a stupid silly dollar...

This little Caesars will charge you for a extra most best every time and give you a regular pizza... The worst little Caesars I've ever went to. When you pay for your order make sure there not ripping you off. Check your pizza before you leave, make sure they give you exact what you paid for...
