If their was an option to give 0 stars I would. I came at 10 for two pizzas. I was waiting for a long time to get my order placed. No one came until 20 mins later and the girl had an attitude! There was people coming in and out and looked like they were the employees relatives. The girl taking my order was rude and up charging me for two hot and readys. She then proceeded to tell me to leave the window asap because she was being timed. The timer does not define customer service. She got upset and immediately refunded me my money. I never asked for a refund. Just wanted to hot and readys. Their should really be management at this time, even tho she said she was the manager but did not want to give me her name.

I have attached a photo of the extra most bestest pizza I just got to watch the NFL games on Christmas Eve. Not much pepperoni especially for the official pizza of the NFL. I even asked the girl at the drive up to be sure it was correct. Disappointing. The is the Upper Valley location.

This place has one of the rudest managers I have ever seen I go online and look at Little Caesars menu to decide what I want to get when I call and she answers your phone she tells me that everything that I saw on their menu is not on their menu and they have never ever made anything that was I said on the menu like that ever before so if you want a piece of advice if you're going to order from Little Caesars and call it in don't go by their menu that's online cuz if you do you're going to get an argument with her and she's just going to argue with you and not do anything to help you so don't waste your time with this Little Caesars

Every time I've been here, the employees are rude little kids with an attitude. They obviously don't provide any customer service training here. Pizza is not even worth the $5 or $6 dollars either.

Ordered pizza via online app which tells you the estimated time .
When I got there the young lady said , " name"
Then walked away . There was 4 employees which included the manager.
15 min later after honking a few times . I asked what happened the manager says we only have one register.
I tried to tell her that its paid but she shut the drive thru window on my face.
Another 5 min later the same young lady said I am trying to put your order together I said. It is paid for and the app says it s been ready 758pm. Already 820pm.
She finally took it out of the hotbox BUT IT WAS COLD
Poorly managed . I asked who the manager is the lady said " I dont know."
I hope the owner watches the camera tonight and sees how the place was poorly run tonight . There was 3 more other cars behind me .Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Richard M.El Paso, TX287503Mar 9, 2021
Worse customer service in the upper valley. The place you want to go if the customer comes last. All they want to do is fight with the customer not make it right, not fix the issue. Little Caesars app is garbage too.

Awful service here and they will serve raw uncooked pizza and crazy bread. Had to throw out half an order and go to a competitor after waiting half an hour for two pizzas and two sacks of undercooked bread

Unprofessional and rude in the drive-thru then I get handed this garbage. The pizza is old and dry, it has probably been sitting there all day. I wouldn't even feed this to the stray cat in my neighborhood "It might die". This is not the first time this happens. Just check your order and don't be rushed by the long line in the drive-thru, you will end up going back and getting a dirty look for returning garbage....

I went 9/4/19 at 7:55 and two out of the three girls that were in there were unprofessional and rude to the customers. I couldn't even finish ordering on the drive-thru because of Alinna H. When they gave me my food my food after waiting for it, it was basically "thrown" to me. Terrible customer service this time.

Hi - in El Paso TX Store ID 01841-00322. I pulled up to the drive thru and see that the young man at the register and getting our bread and pizzas ready to hand to us had his mask down around his chin. When I got to the window I saw a man in a black shirt with a beard without a mask all together, and a female with her mask under her nose. Everyone in the kitchen was wearing their masks improperly or not at all. I told the young man that I needed a refund because I was not able to accept the food because no one was properly masked. He went and got the female and when she came to the window she stuck her head under the plexiglass shield and her mask was down. I told her that I needed a refund because no one was wearing their masks. Her response was "what do you want us to do, it's not like we can wear these things all day". While lifting her mask away from her face. She told me that masks were not a reason for a refund. I told her that I would not leave without a refund or proof of one. I also offered to call the police because their business practices were against city ordinance. This would have led to fines and possible business shutdown. I did not argue until she argued with me and told me I was being "ridiculous" for expecting a business to stand by their promise. A promise made by Dave Scrivano President and CEO of Little Ceasars. After 20 plus minutes I was provided with a record that a refund had been issued. I feel that the treatment I received tonight was not only unnecessary but against the company commitment.
