Employee took forever to come to the window and my pizza was burnt around the crust and they didn't even cut the pizza

When you need pizza fast, on the double, there are not too many that come to mind other than Little Caesars. So, I was needing pizza for a large group function, where I knew there were going to be a lot of hungry kiddos. Now, where can you find a large pepperoni pizza for $5 and change that you don't have to wait a ton of time for? This place was it! I placed the order over the phone for 8 pizzas.The location is super convenient (off Highland Road), so I was able to drive in, drive up to the pick-up/drive-thru window and collect my boxes of hot, fresh-outta-the-oven pizzas. That was probably the hardest drive to have to smell the aromas all the way to my destination. Ughhhh! Anyway, customer service was okay (from phone to pick-up window) and I got all that I needed right away. Is this somewhere I go often for pizzas? I rarely come here unless it is in an absolute pinch.

I tried this location of Little Caesar's for dinner after work. Even though it's close to the LSU campus, it was surprisingly uncrowded on a Tuesday evening. My pizza was hot and fresh, service was friendly and efficient, and I was able to get in and out quickly. And my kids were thrilled when I brought home pizza! I'll definitely be ordering from here again. #lfthx

We frequent this place. The cheap prices and good quality keep us coming back. It's not as bad as some others!

I've ordered pizza from this particular location multiple times and it is always terrible. Grease coming through the bottom of the box, pizza slices falling apart from just trying to pick them up.. I do not recommend eating here, ever.

Poor service. I will be contacting management and corporate. I have never been treated with such disregard as a customer. I have never written a review on a restaurant but the service there was poor. I walked into the restaurant after driving a distance to get there. Employee told me to leave out of the restaurant lobby because it is now closed. It was 8:55 and highland road can be a handful at times, so I asked him did he want me to drive around. He said yes. On the way out, i told the other customer that the lobby was closed, but he was allowed in. I got in my car and watched him order his food. I hate to bring race in this but the other customer was white and I am black. The most troubling part is the workers are black. They didn't answer the phone when I called to get clarity. I'm very upset over my treatment and think it is not professional.

Five dollar hot n ready pizza at the drive thru...what every college kid needs :)

The pizza isn't the best ever but it's $5 for a large pepperoni and really there isn't a better deal for college kids. The service is always great and friendly and the pizza is literally hot and ready when you get there. Have only had good experiences with this store.

Not great, but not terrible either. For the price, it's definitely up to par. I would recommend spending a little extra to get a deep dish instead of the $5 ready-made pizza.
