Decided to check out lido's on a lovely Sunday afternoon for brunch. We were sat right by the water and our server was very helpful in helping us decide. I went for a lobster roll and my dad ordered the lido Benedict. After about an hour of waiting, we were told they were out of crab cake for the Benedict. We decided on replacing the crab cake for lobster and it was delicious!
Although the service could've definitely been better when having to make us wait, the food and view made up for it and I will definitely be backHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kapil C.Chicago, IL2901357Mar 1, 2024
Best patio in Miami, right in the middle of the bay and views and ambiance are amazing. Enjoy dinner and drinks here but especially breakfast too - omelette is delicious.
Carly and her team are great and awesome place to meet friends and take guests from out of town.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 21, 20241 check-in
Enjoyed my lovely lunch here on a break from a bike ride across Venetian causeway.
Had no issues chaining my bike up in front adjacent to valet on the provided bike racks, walked straight through to the courtyard and enjoyed the beautiful garden before making my way to the pool deck area and Lido restaurant, where staff in minimalist and spa-like outfits, all khaki and white, soft cottons and linens, were waiting to assist us.
We had no reservation and requested a table for two in the shade, as it was a cool, but sunny day. They were quickly able to accommodate that, and even took the care to set the table up with both chairs on the same side facing the water, a little touch that adds a nice detail.
Our server was very nice, he wasn't particularly outgoing and didn't make any recommendations, but was everything we needed. we tried a couple different juices, the Verde and the pinup, the Verde was definitely a healthy tasting juice with no sugary inside, and tasted very fresh and not grainy. The pinup was a bit sweeter, and so delicious, we shared them both, and the mix felt perfect.
We still had a nice bike ride back ahead of us, and didn't want to fill up too much, so we just shared an appetizer, the whipped feta. It was such a unique texture for feta, and made it creamy and sour at the same time, when paired with the roasted cherry tomatoes and crustinis was a delightful, crunchy creamy snack.
We ran out of crustinis and asked for more bread, and the server brought us some fresh sourdough, which may have been even better.
Prices are to be expected for a place like this, $12 each for a fresh pressed juice and $18 for the whipped feta appetizer. Not a cheap place but the ambience is beautiful and the experience was very delightful. Thank you!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nov 30, 2023
Great waterfront spot with a really active pool scene and endless people watching. Lido sits on the standards property- this is fun as it adds a touch of exclusivity and interesting company.
The food here is hit or miss- the hits include the paella and bread pudding, while the misses include the chicken and a few salads.
Service here is great if you're with a member, but can be lackluster otherwise.
I like this as a more casual alternative to seaspice.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - May 9, 2024
We had an amazing view at sunset for this special dinner. The dinner was amazing as well. Service was attentive at times, but lacking at times as well. The hanger steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly with great potatos. The feats appetizer was better than advertised. The whole grouper had an interesting presentation, but tasted excellent. .

Had an above average experience at Lido's. Server was kind and the Scallops reignited my love for scallops. The caveats I can give is the food to others were mediocre and portions were small for the price. In my opinion, 6/10.

Food was good, but the views and vibe were amazing! This hotel restaurant overlooks the bay, with lots of seating, umbrellas, and fans to keep you cool. The walk from the lobby to the Lido (see pics) is beautiful - a wall of green.
We were here for brunch, so I had scrambled eggs with potatoes, which was good. Coffee was a tad cold. Service was good. Parking is a bit tricky as valet is $30 and most street parking in the area is resident permit only, so you may want to Uber or risk getting towed.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - 2352158Aug 2, 2023
Lido has captured my heart, and I find myself returning . From the impeccable service to the friendly staff and breathtaking views, this place has it all. It's the perfect destination for indulging in cocktails and savoring delicious bites.
The ambiance and decor create a dream-like setting that transports you to a paradise. The restaurant boasts the most stunning sunsets in Miami, making it an unforgettable dining experience.
The service is impeccable, and the staff is not only attentive but also stunningly beautiful. There's something about the standard they uphold that adds to the allure, making it an ideal spot for people-watching and socializing.
Now, let's talk about the food - a delightful surprise that keeps getting better with time. The menu has seen significant improvements, and it reflects the expertise of a mastermind behind the scenes. The Snapper was seasoned to perfection, and the Scallops paired with mash were a divine combination. The oysters were a treat, especially when we followed the staff's recommendation.
Lido offers an extensive array of options to cater to diverse preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone.
And the cocktails - oh, the cocktails! The bartenders are true maestros, capable of crafting any drink to perfection. Their expertise shines through in every sip, making each cocktail an unforgettable experience.
It's worth noting that Lido offers an elevated dining experience, and while it may not be the most budget-friendly option, the value it provides is beyond compare.
In conclusion, Lido Miami has become a cherished oasis in my culinary journey. With its alluring ambiance, exceptional service, and delectable fare, it's a destination that never disappoints. Whether you seek a romantic evening, a lively gathering, or a taste of Miami's finest, Lido is the answer.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 5, 2024
5-star view, 3-star food and service. I came for brunch with a small group of friends on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty busy. You definitely need a reservation made in advance on the weekend. It took a bit of time for our server to come over, and for the food to come out, but it was fine because we weren't in any rush. The view is beautiful. The restaurant is located right on the water and you get the bay breeze. The food was OK. I had the omelet with breakfast potatoes, it tasted like it could be served at any hotel breakfast buffet. My friend ordered the locks plate and wasn't thrilled with the quality of the bagel. For such an elevated atmosphere, the food could certainly be taken up a notch.

the Standard is a feeling, not a place! From finding this gem on Venetian Islands to walking into the lobby, out through the garden, leading to Lido, it is beautiful! I cannot say I've been swept away by the food here at Lido but the view and ambiance is unforgettable. It's a beautiful, laidback place for a date, casual lunch, happy hour, or a romantic dinner with candlelight after the sunset. I went on Thanksgiving one year for a pre fixe dinner and it was a great deal, food was decent, and we sat and watched dolphins frolicking while we enjoyed our drinks. I have been several times for happy hour and would highly recommend along with their brunch! Service was attentive on each visit.

Gorgeous ambiance, great place to bring friends visiting! Make sure that before and after visiting the restaurant you lie in hammock or relax in some chair swings! It's a lush, waterfront restaurant perfect for views of Miami Beach and Downtown Miami/Edgewater. While the food is not always my most favorite, the drinks are yummy and it has such a relaxed and fun energy.
