      It's been a while sine I took my Lexus in for service here. I use to consider them a 4 star Lexus service center, but in 2023 I went for routine oil change and other maintenance, I found out after my wife paid on the receipt there is a 3.5% service fee for credit cards. This is a first for me as the bills for service can run anywhere from 100-1000s of dollar depending on what you are having done. I brought this to their attention and they stated their was signs that we did not see when we brought it in. This is disappointing as most dealerships do not pass this cost on to consumers considering the high markup they have for service at a dealership vs. a independent garage. On the plus side, they finally stepped up their game and provide snacks along with a fancy coffee machine while you wait for your car to be serviced.

      My wife and I had a great car buying experience at Lexus of Ft Wayne. I was looking for a C5 Corvette and they had one with low mileage that looked interesting This dealership is a 2.5 hour drive from my house just to look at a car. So Maddie made a walk around video and more pictures for me so I could get a better look at it which helped a lot. We decided to go look at the car and made an appointment in spite of the long drive. Maddie had the car parked in front of the showroom so it was easy to pick out of the cars in the lot. I looked it over and made sure the engine was cold so I could hear if there were any unusual noises. The C5 Corvette's LS1 engine is old school with solid lifters and push rods which can be noisy with a lot of clatter until it warms up. I just wanted to make sure there weren't any unusual sounds that would make me worry. A warm engine can cover them up. I took it for a test drive, and Maddie my tour guide, asked how I liked it so far. The after market muffler was not something that I liked and told her it was way too loud and not acceptable. Also the tires resembled slicks which is something that I strongly dislike because while they are made to go fast they don't feel like they grip the road as well as I want them to when turning.

      When we returned to the dealer's showroom Maddie asked me again how I liked the car in front of her sales manager Mason, who was the previous owner of the Vette. I explained what I liked and the 2 things that I didn't like and that those 2 things were deal killers. We talked at length about solutions and Mason said he could source a 2nd hand replacement muffler system that was the stock exhaust system for this car, and they could put new tires on the car and split the cost with me. That seemed attractive but I was still undecided. My wife and I left to go home since I had an appointment the following day to take a 2nd look at another Vette. On the way home we stopped at a restaurant for dinner and discussed the pros and cons of both cars. Because of the willingness of Mason to make the necessary changes to their car, I decided to buy theirs.

      They put new tires and a second hand exhaust system on and I bought the car. When we went to pick it up I expected a push for their financing and an extended warranty. They did offer financing options that were competitive with my credit union and bank, but I didn't take theirs. I considered their warranty offer since the C5 Vette is an older car. Based on my own experience I never used an extended warranty, ever. So I turned it down and they didn't give any hassle about not taking it.

      This was probably the most pleasant car buying experience that we have. My wife hates car shopping intensely, but she enjoyed this one. We live over 110 miles away from this dealer but we are happy to have done business with them. Thanks Maddie and Mason.

      out of towners on a Friday - early afternoon, with our 2012 Lexus RX350 making strange noises. three hours from home - two hours to our destination, tough situation to find someone to take a look at the vehicle let alone complete a repair. Lexus of Fort Wayne came to the rescue on a drive up help request. Service Advisor Patrick listened to our concerns, quickly checked out our SUV and slotted it into the shop. A couple hours later we were back on the road towards our weekend getaway. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, saying hello and making sure my wife and I were comfortable whenever they passed thru the waiting room. Excellent out of town experience.

      If I could give this dealership more than the 5/5 stars I would! Exceptional customer service Lexus of Fort Wayne is outstanding!!
      Mason was extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and patient.
      Juan was enthusiastic and extremely product oriented. Juan was able to help me get the car of my dreams!
      Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. The staff and environment is extremely welcoming!! If you're in the market for a new or used car you will not be disappointed!

      I put a deposit down for a used Lexus on Friday. Today Brandon the sales manager called me and said that the car was sold to someone else. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to take a deposit, and then sell the car to someone else because they offered more money. What a business does when the market they are involved in is not doing well, is most likely the raw version of who that business is. Just because vehicle prices are dropping out of the bottom doesn't make it right to act like this.

      I'd like to preface this by saying I have bought 4 cars and leased 1 from Lexus of Fort Wayne, all without issue. After this experience, I will never purchase a vehicle from any Lexus ever again.

      I wanted to purchase a 2021 IS 300 AWD fully loaded with Carmel interior and Caviar exterior as an early Christmas present to my wife.

      I had contacted Lexus of Fort Wayne in early August of 2020. They had promised several different dates but we ended up not receiving the vehicle until January 14th 2021. It had been sitting at a dealership in New Jersey for months prior and although we told them this, they kept blaming shipping containers being stuck in the ocean although they did end up getting it from New Jersey. They had kept bringing up the price of getting it from one dealership to another which we think is what was keeping them from doing it to begin with.

      After receiving the the car for the purchase price of $45,500.00 my wife began having problems starting her vehicle shortly thereafter which is of course strange seeing that it is a brand new vehicle. We took the vehicle in on March 18th so she only had the car we waited on for over 5 months for slightly over 1 month.

      After only having the vehicle for 1 month it has now been back in the possession of Lexus of Fort Wayne for over a month as today is April 20th.

      We were told the vehicle would be ready April 1st, April 14th and now they are saying it won't be ready until June 2nd.

      I have called to speak with the new general manager several times but to no avail. I have left messages, other times the people tell me they don't know how to transfer me to him and although I call frequently he is somehow always in a meeting.

      At the very least, I'd like a discounted rate on a car payment that I pay $800.00 a month on. I think in this case, with the car being brand new and not having it for this long of time, the payments should be waived completely until we have it back in our possession and it is working properly, at a new $45,500.00 car should.

      A company that I had only sung praises of has now become my new nightmare. I would even text with casually the old owner and employees of the dealership and it went from feeling so personal to the most snobbish, pretentious, unethical and rude people I have ever dealt with.

      I'd also like to note that when we first took the vehicle in for a repair I assumed it would be something that would take no longer than a week or two and I was in the market to buy a second Lexus. They have had no problem calling me for months in regards to purchasing another vehicle but when it comes to getting a hold of anyone we're trying to speak with anyone about our current vehicle they refuse.

      I was very interested in their new LS Hybrid which would have came to over $100,000.00. I will now be going to Mercedez and have already placed my call for their 2022. The difference has already been such a breath of fresh air.

      I can no longer say that I recommend Lexus. Not only Lexus of Fort Wayne but Lexus in general as I used to consider at the most reliable vehicle but it obviously is not. I would not have spoke about this publicly had they been willing to make this right with me but after waiting this long and giving them plenty of time to make this right, I have decided to go public.

      Class act car dealership. We have purchased a lot of new vehicles, at many different dealerships in different areas (travel for work). On average a new vehicle every 12-18 months. Mason, and Lexus of Fort Wayne set the bar very high for a quick, no pressure purchase! I called in to ask about a vehicle and he got back with me in the promised time (under 30 minutes) to answer all my questions. When I arrived he had the vehicle out so I could see it. Mason was VERY honest and not a typical salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and when he did reference feature and benefits, it was because I asked him why I should buy this particular model vs another brand I was looking at. He even pulled up the specs on the other vehicle so we could compare them side by side. I went to the other dealership to look at the other vehicle I was considering and told that salesperson I was considering the Lexus and that salesperson was essentially done talking to me at that point. Financing through the dealership was smooth, and Lexus was offering some financing deals way better than our credit union. The vehicle was ready when we arrived to do paperwork with a 20 minute notice to them. No pressure to buy finance products which is a HUGE plus, who wants to waste valuable time being beat down to buy add ons they do not want?!?! Now here is where they really made the process exceptional...when we were looking at vehicles in the showroom before signing, a lady who I am guessing was the GM was walking out of her office with signs and said to another salesperson "December to remember " and I looked and saw the cars with bows. I've always wanted a new vehicle around the holidays with a bow and I mentioned to her I guess my husband messed up and didn't call to ask if you could put a bow on my new car. Guess what...when we were done signing and I went with Mason and Lilly (product specialist) to go over the new car it had a big red bow on it!! Lexus of Fort Wayne, and Mason and his team are phenomenal! In today's market, their pricing was fair, transparent and upfront unlike some other dealerships in the area.

      My family and I recently purchased a new Lexus RX 350 from Jim Hooper. We had an extremely positive and professional interaction with Jim and are very satisfied with the car and the price we paid for it. We drove all the way from Cincinnati just to do business here and it was worth the trip. All the employees were wearing masks and the car had been sanitized prior to our arrival. It was great added peace of mind. This is one of the best Lexus dealerships I've ever been to and would recommend doing business with Jim! Thanks.

      Lexus of Fort Wayne has awesome customer service! We have our first Lexus and just the service center tell me we will continue with Lexus. Wade has been great!! We did not buy in Fort Wayne but will in the future.
