Levi’s Outlet Store

Do whatever surgery you want on my face, but Levi's alone, because my eyes are fine.

Definitely my favorite Levi's store and one which I go to often to take advantage their deals and pick up a couple of pairs of jeans. All the jeans I bought here have lasted for a long long time and I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

And my original review rings true:

If you're going to eat the head of an animal, "Levi's" for me. For some reason, I'm into eyes. What can I say. Maybe I watched Jeepers Creepers one too many times.

I got several of my jeans from the store. They were friendly enough. Helpful enough. Not overly so. There were some really good deals on the kinds of skinny jeans that I wanted, but they didn't apply the deals to all of the jeans I was getting. It seemed like a grey area, so they could have, but nbd. Some of the employees were more helpful than others.

The more I shop at this Levi's store the more I like it. They have great deals and a good selection and I come here whenever I can. This is pretty much the only place I buy jeans now because I like them and they look good and I get compliments in them. Usually when I have some kind of a voucher or sale.

They have a great selection - much better than a lot of the other outlet stores - because this particular outlet mall is not very busy. In fact it makes me worry that my beloved outlet mall is going to get closed down at some point. So we'll cross that outlet bridge when we get to it.

I was not pleased with the Management at this store today. At 11:00am The price did not match the signs posted and he did not honor it as well. All the clothing had signs posted for the clothing above and the price did not match. They charged me full price and I had returned it for the discount price he said that i would have to pay full price. That someone put all the hoods and clothing there on the rack and it wasn't supposed to be there. That's what I call unprofessional business management. The bad thing is I went there a lot.
Check your prices by getting it scanned before paying.

When I visited, it was slow yet all the employees were attentive to whomever they had in the store. The fitting rooms are closed, rightfully so, because of covid. There was a "Karen" that came in the store whining about not being able to try jeans on and going on about how would she know if they fit? The guy, I'm assuming he was a manager, was VERY friendly and helpful despite her constant nagging about not being able to get in the fitting room. I overheard him asking questions about what she currently wears and her height, he reassured Karen about a size he suggested would fit her. He handled himself well. It made me want to spend money there from just HEARING His customer service. The lady who helped me was also very informative, you could tell they really have a good team to help, even people who complain lol

Wow before when I went here the employee where so nice and so helpful. I went early this week and the two guys didn't even look up at me or ever ask if I needed help or even a hello... guys where so rude they would not help me find my size or even help me find a style I wish I could give 0 stars I will never ever go back in here!

This was my first time here, and I will say that it's going to be my last. I was the first customer of the day on Friday 19th of May. Two associates were in the store near the back moving gondolas, no one greeted me, just stared at me as I made my way towards the back in an effort to find my jeans. No one offered help, and at one point I had to ask one of the associates a question and found her behind the cash register drinking Starbucks and on her cell phone. She reluctantly answered my question, but that was it. There was no type of selling going on here, no offer of a similar style absolutely nothing. When it was time for me to check out I would be inclined to say the manager on duty checked me out and went through the routine of, did anyone help you , did anyone greet you etc and I flatly responded no in which she said sorry about that and then finished up my transaction and at the end asked if I wanted to leave an email for coupons. Ugh no why? I was truly disappointed but this just goes to show why so many retailers are losing the fight to e-commerce, lack of a good selling culture and customer awareness!

First online order and first return at the store. (Last for both) Apparently, their system cannot refund taxes on your purchase. Da hell?!
