Well finally wish I could say I'm done here; but now I'm waiting for my refund checks, on all the extra insurance policy they added on to me. Thus started Jan 14, 2022 ended Lundi Gras day when Ram purchased my Laramie back!
The money I lost close to $20,000 do they care no it just about the profit! So buyer beware this place is awful! Lie to your face in a heart beat are let's say they omit the truth!!

Don't get any help to find a district manager! I honestly do not know how they sleep at night!!!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO!
Went in more than a few times to get an oil change. The little box that's on the left side right when you pull up, we always have to cram inside it just to do paper work, and it smells like cigarettes SO BAD. The one lady, sweet as can be, but she does not stop harassing you about how to leave a review. They even go to the point where they print out the paper for YOU to go off of. Some questions they even want you to lie on... in person she explains to you that they NEED you to review them exactly as the paper says too... no, I will review you the way MY customer service was. AND they would leave me three voice mails and emails to MAKE SURE you reviewed them they way THEY told you to too.
We went in a couple months ago and they told me that I left them a horrible review... well I based it off of how MY service was. So they treated me differently, and they still did my service... I go to this dealership because it's the only one closest to me...
Went in today and they told me that I am banned from getting service there because of MY review from MONTHS ago. How are you guys going to ban people because they reviewed you the way their customer service was given?!
Isn't receiving reviews a way to make better changes/ get feed back to help the company?

We purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. We've had more problems than I've ever had with any used vehicle I've owned. I've had to get this vehicle towed 4 times. The service guys are dishonest and the service manager upholds their behavior. They did not call us to update us on repairs. We literally had to harass them. Jeep warranty dept got involved and that's how we were informed our vehicle was ready. This is the 4th time for the SAME issue. Customer service is poor.

This whole establishment is a joke. No one is professional. The body shop took 5 weeks to fix my car... my front bumper was bent. No reason that should take 5 months. I noticed new dents and scratches on it. Was told that they weren't liable for it. Absolutely horrible service. If you're looking for a dealership to buy a car from stay far away from here. Do not get your car fixed here. The epitome of shady people. No doubt they would scam you out of your money.

I'm really voting less than I star. The service department sucks. Every time I put a vehicle in the shop it has to say at minimum, three weeks. The dealership in New Orleans east isn't any better. Is there a good Chrysler dealership near Slidell?

BAIT AMD SWITCH - Locked in price. If you read into the agreement, the only things that are considered "check with the dealer because some options (meaning leather seats, power seats, etc.)
May not be available. Certificate is for 31,166 - when we got there vehicle was 52k. No way the price was a typo!
VERY RUDE SALESMAN (Baron) and MANAGER (Chase Favre) whose picture is on the certificate.
Lauren Wintzel called the next day and has not called back after we told her of our experience when we went to buy the truck.

lakeshore emailed a Mopar coupon to me for discount on full synthetic oil change and when I took it to the service dept they said that didn't apply to my Fiat 500 Abarth because it was a Mopar coupon. Fiat OWNS Chrysler.

Attempted to purchase a Truck that was advertised. Sales Rep. called me at 9:07 am.
After requesting a TOTAL out the door price on the 2 trucks I was choosing from, I was told they would have a Sales Manager email it to me or call me. NEVER happened. I called 4 times throughout the day EACH TIME I was told they would call me in 10 to 20 minutes. NEVER HAPPENED! I finally attempted to call a Sales Manager myself (3 times) Each time being sent to VOICEMAIL! Sad that a GUARANTEED Customer that is READY TO PURCHASE gets this treatment. Buying a new car at Lakeshore was a great experience.
My last review of a car dealership was super sentimental and drawn out. I think people skip over reviews like that so I will do my best and try and keep to the facts.
I am a lover of all things automotive. If money were no object, I would have a fleet of cars, trucks and SUVs. Others may look at cars as practical things to get them from point a to point b, but for me it's way different. Driving is something I must do. I love it. I need it. I dream about it. Ok. So much for not being sentimental.
One night I was driving by Lakeshore and saw a car sitting out front. I was impressed by it so I drove down the service road and checked it out. The closer I got the more my jaw was agape and I may have even hugged the car, or worse. I was kind of in the market for a car, but a different model and a different color. There was something about that car though that pulled me in. So I did what any car nut would do and emailed the dealership as soon as I got home.
The next day they were open I received an email from Dustin Simms with a quote. Wait, did a dealership really just send me a quote after one email? Hell yeah they did. Not only did they send the quote, but it was incredibly fair. I explained to Dustin that I wa sin the market for a different model, but I did really like his price, and the car. We set up a test drive even though I knew better. After that drive, it was pretty much a done deal. I was hooked.
A few days later I brought in my trade and drove the car again. They definitely knew what they were doing giving me those keys. After reviewing my trade they offered me a price and I felt it was low. There was a little back and forth, but ultimately they came up and I feel like I got an incredibly fair deal.
There was no high pressure sales techniques and when I said no, they accepted it. Dustin was truly awesome and I enjoyed working with him. I went in a few days ago and picked up my plate and he saw me coming. He greeted me, and made sure I got what I needed even though he didn't need to.
I'm very pleased with my car even if it isn't as flashy or cool as my old one. I'm incredibly pleased with this dealership and in particular Dustin Simms. If you're looking for a new or used car, I encourage you to contact him directly.
